before you answer:
i have a group meeting at 8:30
i'll have to shower after i get home --20-35 min
run (plus drive and stretch) = 55 min
get ready to run 10 min
drive to work 20 min
walk into the building and to get where i need to go 10 min
working backwards
leave for work by 8
start shower by 7:25
6:30 leave to run
6:20 wake up
