Leaving home to get to work around 8:00 is the worst because around 7:30 traffic is the worst near the schools. See that long line of traffic. That causes me to sit at my light a few times because I have to turn left. Also with the 15mph school zone on the road I'm turning onto, sometimes there is no room to turn.
I need to leave home at maybe 7:15 or earlier to avoid this.
I really like when I leave home at 6 because I'm getting to the gym at 6:30. The drive to work takes 12 minutes instead of the normal 15-20. When I leave at 7:30 it takes 30 minutes. Sucks.
