Boy do I hate these pants.
Poly was cuddling with me. I was basically forced to stay in bed a little longer. She even repositioned to push against me more.
I ended up getting out of bed on the wrong side of the bed to try to disrupt Poly less. She gave me a look when I ditched her. :(
Then it was time to get ready so Poly wanted to explore the shower.

I got my new orthotics at lunch. I need to phase them in and try to get used to them. I hope I don't have any problems.

After work I really wanted to run but the lawn had to be mowed. It would rain Friday and I leave Saturday so it was the only time to do it. I did not want to do it but being the responsible home owner than I am, I went out to do it. I can't start the mower so Dave had to do it.  The mower stalled on the upper part of the lawn since last time I couldn't get the mower up the hill since it was too wet. Dave had to come out and restart it and he gets mad at me. He gets out of the actual mowing so it made me very angry.  He claims mowing was on my time table. That's crap also.   I emailed my mom asking her to research mowers. We need a key start so I can start it and we need a mower with a longer/higher handle so Dave can use it to mow. I didn't care the price because I am sick of this crap... so sick of it.  It isn't fair that I do all the mowing and then I do all the other yard work. Last year he mowed half the time until the old mower broke but every time he mowed, I would weedwack and pull weeds the entire time. This year when I mow, I have to do all the other yard work after I'm done. Sucks!

So in addition to being so mad about the mowing, I did not get a run in.

  1. I love that pops of red color with the black & grey. And those pants aren't bad. They look great on you!

As for mowing the lawn, I leave that for my guy. I would say that I worry about inside the house and the outdoors are his, but that's not true either because I make him help me clean, too. lol Even though you didn't get your run in, you still got a workout because mowing the yard is pretty hard work!

  2. My husband does the dishes. Once he cooked dinner (chicken parm) while I mowed the lawn. But still I worry about most of the stuff and he does very little :(

  3. Kick his butt and make him do the work!
TGW at least does like, 1/3 of the stuff. We'll have a rough time from now until the end of the summer because I'm so busy and he's so busy though.

  4. Someone needs to teach him how to pull his own weight in that house! That's not fair for you to do all that crap.

On a happy note, you look great in red. :)

  5. Brie, Well Dave has done less since he's on mandatory OT. And he was finishing up his class and doing projects and such. I don't know we don't have a list of who does what.

Melissa, refer to my comment with Brie... but still not fair.
