December Workout Goals - Weeks 1 and 2

 
I've been posting my goals and showing my progress the last few months.  I plan to continue with this.  I'm only on track with 3 of 8 goals. My shins are hurting from taking time off running so I doubt I will be even close to my 40 mile mark.
  1. Complete 18 cardio workouts (running, exercise bike, or elliptical) 
    1. 12/1 - 20 minutes on the exercise bike
    2. 12/2 - 5 min rower then 20 min arc trainer
    3. 12/3 - ran .5 then elliptical for 12
    4. 12/5 - 2.4 mile walk
    5. 12/7 - 16 min on the exercise bike
    6. 12/11 - run at the gym
  2. Do 12 core workouts (Same Goal as November, but higher than actual)
    1. 12/1 - 6 minutes (look I stepped it up from my normal 5 minutes)
    2. 12/3 - 5 minutes
    3. 12/5 - during Body Pump
    4. 12/8 - 5 minutes
    5. 12/11 - 5 minutes
  3. Frequency: Run 10 times. (Decreased from November to account for injury)
    1. 12/3
    2. 12/11
  4. Distance: Run 40 total miles (0, 5, 15, 20) (Goal is accounting for 2 weeks of "rest" to get my calf better)
    1. .5 (12/3)
    2. 1.85 (12/11)
  5. Workout with Dave 12 times. (Increased from November by 50%)
    1. 12/2 - Gym at work
    2. 12/3 - Gym at work (Dave was lightheaded so got cut short)
    3. 12/4 - 32 min walk
    4. 12/5 - 2.4 mile walk
    5. 12/11 - Gym at work (1 hour total)
  6. Lift weights 5 times on my own. (Increased from November's Goal)
    1. 12/11 - Legs (45 min)
  7. Perform yoga 2 times. (decreased from November's Goal but increased from November's actual)
  8. Attend Body Pump 3 times. (decreased from November's Goal but increased from November's actual)
    1. 12/5
Last December I posted goals and didn't meet any of them.

Rest Days: Tuesday, the 6th
Friday, the 9th (but I did walk around the Science Center and judge projects for 4 hours.)
Saturday, the 10th (cleaned and cooked for a party)
