I went to the track after work and before Body Pump. I had wanted to run 2.5 miles around my neighborhood but I didn't have enough time to get to Body Pump on-time. I was going to do intervals of some sort at the track but I realized I was out of time so I just kept up at my faster interval time and did 2 miles. I only got to Body Pump a minute before class started. I definitely didn't even have time for 1 more loop. At least I ran 2 miles instead of 0 but I wished I ran more.
After exercising we cooked dinner and watched TV. I can't remember if I did anything else. Probably not.
