4.4

Ella woke up at 5.  At 5:30 I put her back in her crib but I wasn't able to fall back to sleep.  I got out of bed near 6 and got ready to go run. (While I got ready Poly was so annoying.) I met Marie and we ran 8.5 miles. It's so so so so nice running without Ella. I cannot express how nice it is. Ella whines and complains a lot and just not having to push a stroller. It's so much easier. Too bad I don't get to do it often and I only manage to do it when I force Dave to watch Ella and I go before she should wake up.
Ella woke up at 8 and I got back close to 9. Dave had sent me a message that she was getting rowdy. I saw that as soon as I got to the car so I told him to feed her fruit or something.  I got home and she was chowing down on some fruit. He didn't think to feed her breakfast.

She slept in since I nursed her at 5. And the run was easier on me since I had fed her prior to running. But if I couldn't get her back to sleep Dave would have been mad and would have told me not to go running. So I'm glad she at least went back to sleep.

Dave was making hash browns and bacon when I came home. As soon as Ella saw me she got so excited and started signing for milk.    I made toast and we all ate.  Then we went to Trader Joe's.

We hung out and played.  Ella napped a bit after 1.

We had a quick google+ hangout with my family.  They were at my aunt's so a lot more people were there.  Ella wasn't into it at all until my 7 year old cousin came on and told her Happy Easter and then she was so happy and excited. She kept smiling big.

Dave made baked potato soup  and we ate that.

Ella climbed all over us and the couch. We had the TV on and she was busy playing.

We snacked again. We did this because Ella was begging to nurse and I was distracting her.

I nursed Ella and tried to get her to go to sleep. Going to sleep has been miserable lately. But it was even worse because her nose was running a bit all day and then it made her breathing a little harder when nursing. She bit me a few times.  I really need to quit nursing.

  1. Aw that romper and hair bow is adorable! I can't imagine pushing a stroller while running. I don't even like to run without a stroller. lol.

    1. You sort of get used to it so it isn't that bad as the first few times. But it still is tougher than without a stroller.
