6.18

Ella woke up once in the night. Then she slept all the way until 7:30.

I warned Dave he had to be ready so I could get him to work and be home on time. If Marie was early, I wouldn't have been home. He was too slow getting a move on it. I don't think he accounts for the minute or 2 it takes to get Ella to the car too. It's all so annoying.

Babysitting today was the easiest yet. An hour of it was on a walk. We walked instead of run. Then we played at the park. We were still at the park when Marie got back so she walked down to the park to join us. I often think I should run during baby sitting but walking works and today it just worked out the best. I loved that my house didn't get trashed too since I was trying to clean.

We hung out a little. Ella had to use the potty but took forever to go.   Next thing I know it's noon so we eat some lunch.

I cleaned a lot.  Ella napped around 2 PM but it took me awhile to get her down because she'd wake up and then didn't want to go back to sleep.
I spent more time cleaning. I was about to watch TV and eat cheese curls and my dad called me on the phone. So we talked for 35 minutes and then I watched TV and ate. Then I ate even more.

Ella woke up and we hung out a bit. She ate and got strawberries all over her outfit. I also gave her M&Ms for the first time. She turned her socks colors from them. Then we went to Gio's/Lily's and got Ella's birthday present. Ella loved it. She was so happy playing too. We stayed for almost a half hour.  Then we went to Costco and picked up pictures.  We picked Dave up and then went to Jersey Mike's and Sprouts. We got muffins at Sprouts.  Ella was so good at eating her hoagie.

After we got home, Dave and Ella shared a muffin. Then I shared a muffin.  It was already 8:45 by this point.  We hung out a little then started bedtime stuff. Ella took forever. She kept saying she had to use the potty. She'd sit and not go. This is her trick I think. Then she gets to stay up later.  She didn't fall asleep until 10:30. I cleaned up and did the dishes and then it was 11 PM!
