My goal is 38 miles each month. I didn't realize I'd get hit with a cold, still be coughing, then get hit with a second cold. This month sucked for me. I really wanted it to be better! I ran 18.55 miles.
The first 2 weeks of the month I did squats for a squat challenge. I did T25 once and Cize once. I went on 1 walk.
My month really lacked in exercise. I missed it so bad! I can't believe I only made it to 1 Monday run all month. I never miss those and in December I missed 4!
