2.18

Ella was up again in the night. She woke up at 3 and I went in and rocked her and she was back to sleep. But then she wouldn't have any parts of me putting her down and leaving. So then I lied on the floor with her. She wouldn't fall asleep. I was freezing without a blanket. So I took her to our big bed. That was a mistake. Then all she wanted to do was talk and move around.  She kept waking Dave and he was mad so we left. I rocked her again.  Finally I was able to leave her but she was still awake. I was able to get back to my bed after 5:15 and fall back to sleep shortly after.

Then Dave's alarm goes off at 7:20. I get back to sleep for a little bit but he has to be at work early so I was still up before 8. Then I had to wake Ella up at 8 to leave to get him to work.

We got home and I actually had plenty of time to finish cleaning up. I could have cleaned the kitchen a little more.  I put on some toddler tunes for Ella so she was dancing around.   People started showing up at 10. Within a few minutes everyone was here.  3 adults and 5 kids came so that made 4 of us moms and 6 kids total.  Then we started our bootcamp.  I think it went pretty well. I forgot to take a picture with everyone here and didn't take any action shots.  One mom had to leave early because her son wasn't having it.  She made it 2/3 the workout.  We worked out  for 45 min from start to finish but had a few breaks so I think we only had 35 minutes of working out in there. Ella ran off and peed in the laundry room at one point. I knew when she ran off it was to pee. Her normal doorway to the master bedroom was closed so kids were more closed off in the house.    This was my 2nd class I taught. It was slightly different than the first but with some stuff the same. I have another bootcamp in a week and need to see what else to do.  I want to switch it up some. I think I'm going to add a few things from upper fix and a few from lower fix and remove some of the other ones. I don't want each bootcamp to be the same.  I'm not sure how good of a workout I'm giving everyone. It's a little hard with so many kids but I'm trying and getting some moms to join that don't usually do much so that's good!

There was some winding down and playing so the last person left at 11:30. Then I tried to get Ella dressed from that point on.  No I gave her some yogurt then tried to get her dressed. Finally we were out the door at 12:45. I was trying to leave at 12:30. Luckily magically it was a 16 minute drive to where we had to be so we would only be a minute late.

Ella and I toured a house we are considering renting. It is very fancy in a fancy neighborhood.  Some stuff is older in the house. It was difficult to look because Ella was yelling that she had to go potty almost the entire time. She wouldn't use the bathrooms there. Then she started yelling about the travel potty in the car.   We set an appointment for 7:30 PM when Dave would be able to go. So I knew I'd get to see it again.

I tried to drive Ella extra on the way home to get her to nap. She seemed tired. I had to drive her a full hour though! But at least I got her to sleep.

When I got home, I got her to bed, and immediately camped out on the couch. I needed to rest a little. Or I needed to rest a lot! I was so tired. I didn't fall asleep though. I watched a couple shows. I did eat lunch in there too.  I didn't even get my computer; that's how tired I was.

We did a quick 10 minute hangout with my parents. Ella wanted to talk to mummaw. I tried to call first but Ella flipped out. She wanted to see her on the computer.   Then we got Dave and toured the house again.

This time the tour was a little longer. Ella was so much more pleasant and happy and it was a lot easier to see the house.

On the way home, we got Arby's.   Ella and Dave were done eating and I was still going. I was barely started.  Then Ella joined me. She sat beside me and ate my salad. She did so well. She got her own fork and then she was willing to eat it.

We were so tired. She sat with an iPad and before I knew it, it was 9:30. Oops.

We got her to wear warm PJs. She wanted me to rock her and I said I wasn't.  Then she just crawled right in bed.  She was so good.

I went right into bed but couldn't fall asleep. I kept listening to the town hall that Dave was listening to.

21 Weeks

I finished this post and posted it but apparently didn't and the updates aren't saved either. I forget what I wrote about. I know I added more to things below. Sigh.

I have randomly been looking up baby names and I just never seem to find any I love.

Size of baby: Carrot, 10.5 inches long from head to heel. My app on my phone says the baby weighs about 10.5 oz but as of 2 weeks ago my baby already weighed 10.6 oz.

Total Weight Gain/Loss:  2.7 lbs gained this week so 6.4 lb gain overall. I gained .7 of that the first 3 days so I guess I gained 2 lbs in 4 days!

Maternity Clothes:  I wore maternity tops everyday I think. I wore regular athletic pants most days but Saturday I did wear maternity jeans.

Gender: Boy

Movement: Some days there is more movement than others. I swear I saw my belly move with movement a couple times.

Sleep: I've had issues sleeping because of being sick. When I wake up coughing, I just pee while I'm already up.

What I miss: not being sick. Being able to take Ella places!

Cravings: None

Aversions: Nope

Symptoms: I can't really tell. I've been too sick.

Best moment this week:  Can't think of anything.

Looking forward to:  not being sick. finding a boy name that we like.

Exercise:  I've been too sick to exercise but I did do squats 1 day this week. I did them 2 days late for a 7 day challenge I was doing.

Same this time: I never have cravings or aversions.Apparently it's always uneventful. I didn't have a best moment last time either.

Different from last time: Last time we ordered a crib so we were progressing. This time we haven't done anything it seems.

March 16-31 Outfits

It's amazing how different I look on 3/17 and 3/18!
That third picture of me during a squat hold competition.
If only leggings had pockets!
The 3/26 shirt is a shirt Ella picked out when she was a couple months old. I packed it away because when my belly isn't big the shirt is too loose.
Some of these aren't so much daily pictures as bump pictures.  3/28 that's what I look like at the end of the day!
Don't you miss my actual daily pictures where I used a tripod and you could actually see all of me?

10.18

Ella woke up at 5:30 and cried and went back to sleep. Then she woke up at 8:30 for good. She was unhappy and woke everyone else up in the house. She did not want me to change her pull-up.

We went to Target.  I had told Ella we were going to go and then she went right to the door to go. None of us were dressed yet so we weren't ready.  She enjoyed Target. She got to ride around in a cart.

We went to Texas Roadhouse for lunch. I barely got to eat because Ella wanted to go to the potty but then wouldn't.  Finally after Dave was done eating, he took her and then I got to eat.   She actually used the potty in the car when he took her.  She got so much happier after that. I knew she had to go.

After we got home, she actually ate. She climbed in her high chair herself.

We gave her Benadryl as a test. We plan to use it on the flight to make it better. I wanted to do a test run incase she has an adverse reaction.  She got so tired. She was tired first so she would have already napped but she fell asleep cuddling with my mom.

We went to the Bradleys to hang out a bit in the evening.

March 1-15 Outfits

There are a lot of missing days here.

I even tried to find any and all pics of me and still lack days.

On 3/15 Ella wanted in the daily picture. This was when i made Dave take it because she didn't do such a good job.
In the first collage my legs look so slim!

3.31

Ella not only slept all night in her room but she slept in until almost 9!  We had a lamp on in her room all night. It was very dim and it helped.

Dave biked to work so I didn't have to drive him. That was great.  We got to hang out at home. Ella leisurely spent about an hour eating breakfast. She had about 4 bowls of cereal and then ate more! Her baby doll had to eat in the other high chair.
Ella had to cover her doll.
Stubborn Ella had to leave out the front door and not the garage.
We went to the park. Ella is always asking to go to the park. We almost went to one but both swings were in use and swings are her favorite so I drove to another park. We played for quite some time. Ella wanted to go down the slide but it was hot in her skirt so she asked to get pants on. Well those were in the car so we walked back to the car.  Instead of going back to the park right away she wanted to "drive" and eat some snacks. 45 minutes actually passed and she was snacking. She also went potty too. It got so late, I didn't want to go back into the park. I mean I told her 15 minutes when we were walking to get her pants.

I thought she'd fall asleep on the way home but she did not! I drove extra but it didn't work. We were 6 minutes away from home and Ella said she had to poop. I asked if she wanted to use the travel potty. She said no her potty at home. I asked if she could hold it. She nodded. We got home and she had held it and she went immediately. She just wanted to go at home!

Ella was washing her hands and I ran to the other room. I come back and she has soap all over her hair! She was not happy with the clean up process. She cried for about a half hour. We were late for preschool because she needed to calm down and get a shirt on before we could go.

She had so much fun inside at preschool. She actually never stayed inside before. They had doctor stuff out and Ella loved it!  She even played with it while I listened to the lecture later.  She was not a happy camper when she had to put the stuff down for singing time and then snack time.  She was so happy with what was in her snack that she actually mostly stayed seated during snack time. She did get up once. The girl beside her also got up once and Ella told her "sit down" and tried to push her chair in to get her seated. It was funny. At snack time I am always telling her to sit down. (I took pictures at preschool but they all have other kids in them so I'll just leave them out.)
I had promised her if she was good at preschool, we would go to the park. So we went to the park on the way home.  We played for quite a while. I gave her a 5 minute warning. Then when it was done Ella said "couple more minutes." I said "OK Ella since you asked so nicely. 2 more minutes." Then she had the nerve to say "no 4." I set my timer for 2 and we left when that went off. Ella is always trying to close the gate when we leave. I open it back up and she doubles back to close it. This is a park that has it open all the time if the park is open.  What is it with Ella always wanting to close doors.

We got home and I heated her leftovers. She was eating the rest of her preschool snack in the car.  I was able to get a little done while she ate. She liked weenies and beans but kept picking out the hot dogs so I cut up and heated more hot dogs. Then she requested more hot dogs 4 times.  She ate for a long time. Then had a little dessert while I cooked dinner. I timed dinner perfectly for when Dave got in the door. The timers went off (both timers!) just as he was parking his bike. It was amazing how that worked. But then he rested on the bed a little from the long biking so it was ready for a few minutes before he ate.  Ella ate a little again with all of us but not much. She didn't want tacos. She never does so that's why I saved the other leftovers for her!

It was after 8 when we were done eating. Then I was wondering why she was being so bad. I remembered she didn't nap and she should have actually been put to bed earlier. Oops!

She went right in to bed. She helped me put the gate up because she wanted bed time.

I did a few things and lied in bed to make my Stampin' Up order. I fell asleep making it! Oops for getting my order in by the end of the month.
