Shift Shop Week 1

I was hungry the first couple days.  Then I wasn't hungry and didn't even crave sweets. I didn't even have a constant feeling I wanted a zebra cake which is usually the case.

I was lightheaded a lot after the first few days.

The workouts were pretty good. Because of my knee I had to modify.

I wish I had heavier dumb bells.

I was hangry for a day or so but then I ate 1.5 cups extra of veggies and it helped.



7/25/17 - The interruptions were intense. (The video won't post to youtube for some reason)


7/26/17 - The second Speed :25 is in the books. It took 33 minutes with pausing. Also Ella rewound a few times so then I did extra. Ella fed Miles play dough which was probably a big chunk of my delay. Oh and at the end Ella fell and hurt her head. My knee got bad that even the modification was too bad so I had to modify that. More interruptions but still did it. Miles needed to nap bad so I'm nursing him now and my cooldown was a bit odd while holding him and trying to stretch

Third time doing this workout! Ella joined me and set up her iPad to record so I started recording more too. She attempted to do everything once she joined me but she said I was supposed to dance while Chris described the next move.


7/29/17
I had a busy evening. After we delivered brownies to the new neighbors I realized how food the weather was. So Ella and I went for a run
It didn't go that well but it was something.
After 20 minutes we came inside. Ella even made me carry her back up the hill. I almost let that count as my workout but I committed to the shift shop workouts so I went and did 25 minutes of strength then also did the core workout.
Today was that time you think you are recording push-ups but you didn't so you just do them again.
And also that time you record the workout and your phone fills up ๐Ÿ˜
Swimmers aren't recommended if you need to nurse ๐Ÿ˜
Today was a good day.
 7/26 at lunch time . I missed mid morning snack since breakfast was so late. 

7/27 -  It is hard work finishing the salads.  I worked and worked and still wasn't done.
My fuel:
Spinach and 2 eggs (I forgot the cheese but then was glad I had it to use extra at dinner) ๐Ÿฅš๐Ÿฅš
Salad with chicken (leftovers) and fruit ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ‡๐Ÿ—๐Ÿฅ—๐Ÿฅ•
Shakeology with peanut butter and banana 
Soft taco and taco salad (plus apple and peanut butter not shown)๐ŸŒฎ๐ŸŽ

 7/29 Mine and Miles's
Breakfast for me and for Miles. He started eating his so had some egg and a ton of blueberries already.
2 eggs and 1 cup of spinach for me
1 egg and half a cup of spinach for Miles.
I cooked his while I was still cutting the spinach for mine.
A very tasty way to start the day!

I had more posts on facebook in my group challenge or on my general page but when you compile this 2 weeks late it just takes forever.

Overall this is week 1 with some workouts and some food.

    1. With week 1 I never weighed myself bedsides initial weigh in and not sure if I could tell in my clothes so I didn't mention it

      Week 2 post is coming but the dang pics were giving errors. I started nor I fell differences week 2 so you'll see that when i finish the post. Currently I'm on day 3 of week 3.
