Transformation Tuesday

Since it's Transformation Tuesday, I thought I'd share this transformation. It's not a normal one people post about. It's how your body changes after you move out of your house and then go on a 4 week road trip. Restaurant food exclusively for 27 days. Also minimal legit workouts. I finally will have my house and stuff in less than a week. Then it's time to get back to my routine. I cannot wait.

The comparison photos aren't as bad as I thought they'd be. I feel so much different.  I don't have a scale yet so I don't know how the weight changed throughout. I do have a tape measure somewhere in my stuff but I haven't measured yet.

Preschool Pictures

During Ella's last week of school, Ella had preschool photos taken. Here are the 3 they took of her. There is also a group shot but I don't have it yet since we moved.
I don't even know how she looks so cute!
This is her favorite dress. She has 3 of it.

Ella decided on all her jewelry herself.

6.20.17

After going to sleep really late because of Ella, Miles woke up at 2.  Then I nurse off and on and sleep in the rocker holding him until 7 AM. 5 hours!  But using the chair sleep method, I slept almost 7 hours total. Just the chair sleep wasn't that good!

I was cleaning up and things.  The cleaners arrived at 8. I cleaned while they cleaned. I played while they cleaned.

I got an estimate for cutting down the dead tree in the backyard. I'm still waiting for another one.

Miles napped from 9:10-10:50. It wasn't as long as I had hoped.

Ella woke up near 11.
They left a few minutes after 11.

We had some lunch.

We did some crafting.

Ella wanted to craft more and more.

We played legos.

Ella had quiet time in her room and I let Miles nap on me. That's the only way he gets a 2nd nap in. He slept almost 40 minutes on me.  I slept at that time too!

I tried to have Miles play on the dining room floor while I crafted with Ella but that didn't work so well. At one point he was whining then he banged his head on the floor. He had a red mark on his forehead and a bloody nose.

I made quesadillas for dinner using Chipotle leftovers.

Once I got Miles to sleep, I was crafting again with Ella.  She was making signs for Mary.

Bedtime was late as always.
Getting ready for houseguests

I started using my computer after Ella was asleep and then I fell asleep with my laptop on me.

6.19.17

Miles went to sleep so early that he woke up at 2 and didn't want to go back to sleep. I got him back down a little after 3.
Ella woke up at 5:30 wanting to color signs for Mary (who is visiting in a few days).
I told her I was going back to sleep after giving her crayons. She called me a few times and so I had to get up out of bed. But then eventually I got back to sleep until 6:45 when Miles woke up.   After I fed him and changed him, I put him on the floor to play. Dave was awake on his laptop.  Then I crawled into bed and went back to sleep for maybe 20 minutes.
I called a plumber.
I called a landscaper to do a weeding estimate.
I filled out info online for 2 people to give estimates for cutting down the dead tree. I also filled out a form to get someone else here to give me an estimate for the weeding.

I was cooking lunch and Aunt Janice called. I talked to her while getting the food ready for the kids. Ella sure likes to talk and yell asking why I'm on the phone any time I'm on the phone.

I fell asleep typing this.

I showed Ella how to draw a boat so she drew one. But I drew mine upside down so she could see it correctly. But then she drew hers upside down too.

We tried to meet Dave for dinner at Aviva. Miles cried the entire way. Then Ella started crying. We get there and Ella temper tantrums. She flings her cup away and it hits someone else. It was not worth it to go out.

We played with Ella's birthday presents throughout the day.
