Upper Fix

I decided to try out Upper Fix and make a video like I did for Lower Fix. I made the clips shorter this time so that the overall video wasn't as long.  I used 5 lb weights the entire time because I either had 5 or 15s and 15s are too heavy for most of it.

    1. Actually not bad since it's a minute at a time. I wasn't even sore from this one. Hr other on (lower fix) I was sore from it though.

    2. I've made videos before for my workouts and now I'm wishing I would have posted them on here before. I only ever did on Facebook.
