 Look a shoe that's not a sneaker.
4/22, 4/24, and 4/26
So is anyone else sick of seeing the pink nursing tank?  I wear it the most because it doesn't clash with my hoodie. Well I also have 2 of them and sometimes I wear them back to back.

Outfits April 1-15

You have no idea how annoyed I am to not have a working remote
4/1

4/3
I got these for Christmas in 2012 (after I gained ~15 lbs) and they never fit.
4/9
I love this dress and wish I had more occasion to wear it.

I love this shirt + cardigan combo. The shirt has a good neckline for nursing and I feel more put together.

Two days in a row with real shoes for at least part of the day!
Yet again I got dressed more days and even left the house more days but no pictures.  I wore yellow on 3/28 so I could be Spring-like to coordinate with Ella.

Outfits March 1-15

3/1
Ugh I need to take better pics.
3/3
Ella wanted to be in my picture.
3/4
I wore yellow to sort of coordinate Ella's spring look.
3/7
I need some skinny jeans that I don't have inches of fabric belted at the top so that they stay up.
3/10
This shirt was a lot looser back when I bought it after Ella. It's almost too loose that I don't like it.  It doesn't look bad in the pics though.
3/12
This shirt is so loose and flowy that if I bend over you just see a huge gap between my skin and shirt. I should probably quit wearing it.
3/14
I like this shirt a lot but mainly because it matches my hoodies. I have multiple shirts of this style from Target but the other colors don't match my weird hoodies.

I left the house many more times than this but didn't take my picture. But I think this is better than it has been. I miss the ability to use remotes.

8.11

Shirt: NY&Co, Shorts: AE
It wasn't until 3/4 of the way through the day that I realized I was wearing my running shoes and not normal shoes.

My days are all blending today. I can't believe I haven't been working for almost 2.5 months or that I've been in California for almost 2 months.
We gave Poly a bath today.  She did not like it. At least the tub has the shower doors versus a curtain rod.  She mainly stood in the corner and I dumped water on her and scrubbed her up there.

Dave and I went out to lunch. I finally mailed in my garmin. It'll probably be 2 weeks before I get a replacement. They have to receive mine then mail a refurbished one.  I had mine ready to go for a few days but never went to the Post Office.
We went to Pot Sticker King for lunch.  We were the only white people in the place.  All the table settings just had chopsticks on the tables but when the waitress brought us our appetizer plates, she brought us forks.  I looked around and none of the other tables had forks. I'm so glad she gave us them.  I got some sort of chicken and it was spicy. The vegetables that came with it were even worse though. I about died when I ate the carrots.

We went to Whole Foods on our way home.   We only bought maybe 1/3 of the shopping list.  We had to go there for the ground meat.

We carried our patio table upstairs. We still have to put it together. I wonder how to do that. My dad put it together the first time and the driver took it apart when we moved.

I snacked and watched the season finale of Unforgettable.  Then I went to read and about 3 pages into it, I fell asleep. I was sitting up in the chair too. I woke up and still had my finger pointed to right where I left off.
Dave woke me up to cook the meatballs. We did that. They didn't turn out as well as last time. They were quite airy. I'm not sure what happened there.  They also lacked some flavor.  They were still better than any meatballs we had around here. (well besides the ones at BJs but those are mini and those aren't in a red sauce.)
We watched Master Chef then Newsroom.  Dave went to sleep and I started reading my SQL book. I was doing some of the examples from the last chapter since I was reading in the other room and didn't do them. I also took facebook, gmail, and internet reading breaks.   Around 3 AM I figured I better go to sleep or I'd end up continuing the cycle of nap, stay up late, wake up a normal time, repeat.

8.1 - Whole Foods

Top: Limited, Shorts: Unionbay (probably 10 years old. Who knows what store), Sandals: Kohl's
I finally got out my good camera. I was testing the remote. Things didn't work right but at least it's a start. I miss the clarity in the pictures.  Using a timer on my point and shoot was no good especially when it would focus on something in the background and then I'd jump over into the shot and not be in focus at all.
I woke up at a decent hour but Poly was at the foot of my bead so I decided to get my laptop and just chill there for awhile. And I did until the Gypsy moth inspector guy called. He would show up between 10 and 10:30.  I got dressed and used my computer until he showed up.  After 11:30, he left.  It was a little ordeal since the contractors were storing our grill and we had some outdoor stuff at storage.  We went to all the places and got it taken care of finally.  I was sick of playing phone tag with this guy.

I got back, used my computer a little and was fed up how late it was.  Then at 1:30, I finally decided to eat lunch.  I ate. Then I napped.... for 2 hours. It wasn't a solid sleep because the contractors were outside making loud noises.  Their saw was super annoying. Also this car alarm went off every 10 minutes or so. The honking horn drove me up a wall.
I woke up and decided to play in photoshop.  Then Dave is headed home. I'm supposed to meet him.  We head to dinner then to Target.  The mexican food was spicier this time so I gave half of what I ordered to Dave.
We got home, used the computer for a little... not long because I STILL didn't finish doing the one photoshop tutorial.  Then we headed to Whole Foods. We went up and down every aisle. We bought food for me to cook. We also spent $61. Dave bought milk in glass. I have no idea why. He wanted to try it. It's expensive.

We got home and watched TV until Dave went to bed and I went to finish that photoshop tutorial. Well my computer had shut down in that time. I bet it was a windows update. And I LOST my photoshopped file. I had never once saved it!  I had to redo it all. I wasn't as thorough the 2nd time.

7.30

I used to like this shirt but now the ruffles make me feel fatter than I am. I could gain 15 lbs and still fit underneath it.  Actually I think I liked the shirt back when I was heavier and none of my other clothes were fitting.  These shorts are so old. I found them. They fit. I wore them. They are an older style with the pockets on the outside but I can't wear my other pair of blue jean shorts all the time so I forced myself to wear these old ones. Plus the shirt is so long you can't tell much of anything.
I woke up and wasted so much time it was hot out. I wanted to run but it was too hot. I wanted to shower but not until after I ran. After awhile I realized that wasn't going to work.  I really didn't waste time in the morning. I made phone calls. I talked to Garmin customer support to get my watch working again.

I ended up going to JCP to return some things for Dave then to Target to return some things there. I did shop around a bit in both stores but didn't buy anything.
I went to the apartment complex pool. I also read a little.  Neither of these things were on my to-do list.

I cooked dinner!
Since I didn't run during the day, I went for a quick run in the evening.  It was so pleasant. The sun wasn't out. The temperature was warmer than I had been running but without the sun it felt chilly.   Before and after the run, I watched TV with Dave.

7.29

Tank: Loft, Shorts: American Eagle, Jeans: Express, Jacket: NY&Co
I set my alarm for 8:30. I hit snooze until 9:30.  At one point Dave woke me up saying if we went to the movies before noon it was cheaper. I told him I was going to run but I'd put it off until evening.

When I finally woke up, I started setting up a virtual machine of linux on my computer and then installed SQL.  Then we used the computer more and before we knew it, it was too close to noon so we never went to the movies.  I not only didn't run then I didn't go to the movies.

We finally hung up the big pictures!
We started organizing the closet. Or at least I did. I found Dave's middle school yearbook so he spent time going through that.   We watched a bunch of TV.
We went to Pasta Pomodora for dinner. The place is so close to our apartment and we hadn't gone yet.  It was so small inside. The table next to us was less than a foot away from us.  The people there were so weird. I think they were mother and son but the sone was in his 20s.  They were all impatient that they wanted their check so they could leave. The lady got out her ipad and played Plants versus Zombies.  The check got to the table and they ignored it for many minutes.  I couldn't believe it after the fuss they were making to get it.
We got home and watched AGT.  I think we watched 4 episodes.  It was fun to relax especially during the last episode when Poly decided to hang out on my lap versus in a canvas bag.  All that wasn't good for my productivity on my to-do list. At least I was able to blog while watching AGT to get some of it taken care of.

6.18 - Outfit

Shirt: F1
Jeans: Express
Shorts: American Eagle Outfitters
Necklace: Lia Sophia

Lately I haven't been putting outfit photos on all my daily posts. In case you were afraid I wasn't wearing clothes, you can always check out my calendar site.  You may notice in some photos there are numbers. If there is a 2 or a 3 that means if you click to enlarge you actually get 2  or 3 outfits that day.

The shorts I'm wearing in the 2nd and third photo are actually in the bag I'm holding in the first photo. I have on idea why I kept thinking my shorts were from the Gap. My tag is even wrong on all my posts now.

7.7

Necklace: Sears, Shirt: Express, Shorts: Gap, Shoes (shouldn't even count. they ruin the outfit): Amazon
We got donuts and went to the park to eat them. Man are they good.
We found a Mexican Restaurant. We keep trying to find one like Campecino's. Places around here don't even seem to offer the chips with cheese (or nachos and cheese as Campecino's lists it).  Most have other junk.  Dave really liked this place.  I didn't like the salsa but it is the only time I've ever eaten my entire taco. I had a chicken taco.  The enchilada sauce is a bit different than Campecino's but it could grown on me. It was so spicy for me though but I still liked it. I'd go back.
We drilled holes in the back of the bookshelf so we could get to the outlet. Dave set up his computer and the cords and outlet hole worked out well.
All the empty boxes took up our entire dining room.  The other pictures just show the "progress" that isn't really progress at all.
That Refreshe pop was free. We got a 12 pack free when purchasing 2 packs of oreos that were also on sale. I've been told I need to quit saying pop around here. Well Dave told me that.

The top pictures (near the right) are of the storage unit in the basement here.

How long does it take you to unpack when you move?  Do you just do it all or do you need to take breaks or you'll go insane. I tend to take a lot of breaks. I work for 5 minutes then take a 20 minute break. :)  I also apply for jobs and that isn't quick.
