1.23 - Sapphire

This is the first time I wore black tights with this skirt. I like it.

I swore I was wearing a necklace in the morning but I guess I wasn't.

I really wish I left for work in the daylight or that I got home from work in the daylight. These shadowy pictures suck.

I took far to long to read ready in the morning.  Perhaps going over to my computer wasn't the best way to hurry it along.

I had numerous meetings. I got lots of action items at the meetings but I didn't have time to do anything because I had far too many other meetings.

At 2, someone brought a "guest" to my meeting. I then learned that guest is my new director.

I took a break from working to go run and then I came back to work.  On my way back to my desk my admin asked if my face turns that red just from running.  She's seen me before after a run so maybe it was worse. I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary in the locker room and then I forgot to look to see what I looked like. Oh well.

I stayed at work far too long.  I finally came home and Dave told me to take a shower before we ate dinner.  After my shower I had Dave cut my hair.  Then we ate leftover stuffed peppers.   Then I watched MSNBC all night except the time I was watching the debate.  I did miss a little debate because I ran upstairs to analyze some running data.

We went to sleep before the debate was over.  We're old. I'm so tired anymore.

I can't even remember what I did on July 12. I guess that's what happens when I post so late and don't tweet enough to remind myself what I did. I did go to Body Combat after work.

Shirt: Express - $40 - 2003. It was the most expensive shirt I ever bought. My mom was shocked. I got my money's worth. I bet I'm down under $.50/wear and it doesn't need to be ironed.  I wonder if I'm closer to $.25. I wore this baby all the time

I had a busy day at work like always. At the end of the day NA-YGN awarded the winner of our raffle. The person won an iPad2 and we raised over $7500 for the Red Cross for Japan.
On my way home from work someone was way past the stop bar. If you are that far past the stop bar you should just turn. He makes it very difficult for others being in the middle of the intersection. I am at the stop bar in these pictures.
I stopped at med express on my way home to get my knee looked at.

After I got home from work Dave and I were going to go out to dinner. We did not know where to go. We did not want to go down 228. We didn't want to go anywhere.  Then Dave talked me into going to Atria's. I went there once and didn't like it.  Their parking lot was packed so Dave just dropped me off at the door. They sat me right away so when Dave came in he was asking where I was.  The hostess asked if I was tall. He said "well I guess other people could say she's tall but she's short to me." Then the hostess had to resort to asking if I was wearing a pretty blue dress.  I was wearing blue but not a dress, but that was close enough. Then she brought Dave to my table way in the back. Well we got an appetizer of fried zucchini and I decided I would go back just for that.

I preferred my dinner after scraping off the mustard or whatever was on top.  Dave loved it though.

Dave's smelled good. I wanted some. He let me have some. He did not warn me it was going to burn. That was some spicy pasta.

After dinner, we went to Target. Dave thought he might need reading glasses so he tried some on. I told him to read a date on a dime because that's what Pap-Pap always did when buying his.  I told Dave he looked so nerdy so then I took a picture.

He then had me try on some. He said I looked really nerdy.

We bought a lot at Target.  While I was putting it away, Poly was getting in my way.

I bought 4 belts. I kept changing my mind. I thought I bought 3, but realized it was 4.

Do you ever go to Target and buy way too much?  I feel like I do that every time I go.

Outfit last worn April 13 even the shoes were the same (daily picture).

I promised I'd take a picture tho show the skirt detail. I finally did.  This is the same detail as my black and white skirt. Just replace sapphire with white.  That is a slit in the back. The angle is weird and it looks connected at the bottom. It is not.

Thursday was so busy at work that I missed Zumba. It was going to be the first time I went.  I should have never made a meeting called Zumba; it popped up in the middle of a meeting where 20 people could see my desktop. I was embarrassed. This was during my first group meeting that I am now in charge of running. I still think I did a decent job with most people tying in via phone and LiveMeeting.
I had many back to back meetings. I was busy.  Jen and I did go down to lunch for the first time all week.  Then I left work at a decent hour to get home in time for the Stampin' Up party.  It went well I think.

During the 30 for 30 I was repeating outfits. I am not repeating anymore. I am actually trying to wear different things to make the most out of my closet.  Well during the 30 for 30, I got tons of compliments. Now I don't think I've gotten a single compliment since it ended. I have no idea why this could be the case.  Before the people that were complimenting me didn't know I was even participating in a challenge.

Should I continue to post the last time I wore an outfit (or the last time I wore the shirt)? Do you like to see the comparison? Is it worth my time?
