Citrus Lane April 2015

We got our 12th Citrus Lane box so that means we are done. I wonder if I signed up for auto renew or something. Maybe I should look into that.

Ella loved the airplane right away. She wanted to drink the coconut milk so I gave her some and then she hated it. I am excited to use the hand print canvas. I've read the book to Ella a few times but she always loses interest.

Lately I have liked the items better. I have heard from others that Citrus Lane is a lot better for kids over a year old and I found that to be true. Also Citrus Lane was bought and the total box value decreased but I liked things better.

Citrus Lane March 2015

We got our 11th Citrus Lane box so that means I only have 1 more coming.  We've had this one a few weeks now so I can actually write how good they were.  The box arrived on March 19.

Ella likes the rainbow stacker and the snack container. She ate a cookie the day they arrived and I realized I still have the rest of the package clipped shut on the counter.  I never even opened the headband yet. I find it funny that it's for a baby over a year old based on Ella's birthday and it writes about how it stays in place after a day of crawling.  I actually thought it was a real bow tie and not a headband until writing this post.

Lately I feel like I actually like the items better than I used to but the box total is so much less than it used to be. If I was buying month to month it'd be $28 and not worth it at all.  I would never spend $12.95 on a headband. I spent 8 for a homemade one before so I'd say that'd be my max but this isn't even that nice.

Citrus Lane February 2015

We got our 10th Citrus Lane Box.  Dave saw this and asked if we hit the jackpot of Citrus Lane this month.  The hot chocolate is the same as last month and we still didn't eat that but the other 3 things are all good. The tub toy says it's for ages 2+ and Citrus Lane knows Ella isn't 2 bit I'm really glad we got it.

We use this. The ones on amazon have a strap and I wish this did.

Ella uses this with each bath. We like them.

The total isn't very high but is better than January. But I like everything more so it seems more worth it.

Citrus Lane January 2015

We got our 9th Citrus Lane box. We already had the identical book. The hot chocolate bar was for parents so that left 2 things for Ella and one was a plate. So I'm not sure how I feel about it.

The total keeps getting less and less each month. I think if you bought 1 month when I signed up it was 28.50 so this is far too close than the actual total. Where's the deal?! I didn't analyze shipping this month so maybe the shipping on the dip plate would make it worth more.

We got to pick which animal we wanted for the dip plate.  Ella doesn't do so well with plates yet or with dipping but we will like this. She liked the little Earthworm.  She did like the hot chocolate thing the best and I had to hide it.

Citrus Lane December 2014

We got our 8th Citrus Lane box. This is the second box that arrived after they think Ella turns 1. I am still liking the fact that I changed her age in the system.

The total was low again this month.  We got to choose what kind of knob puzzle.  Ells loves the puzzle. She can't use it but really loves it. I am very excited that we got a new book. The book pricing might be wrong because 7.99 wasn't available yet and elsewhere I saw it for more. I'm not sure if they are board books either.   Ella had 0 interest in scrappy cat. There was another baby visiting that is 2 month younger than Ella and she also had 0 interest in scrappy cat.  Ella's favorite part was the purees. So then I fed her puree. She never likes puree so I was surprised. She liked playing with them. She knows they are food.  Ella is also a big fan of the confetti.  I guess it's worth the $17.50 I pay but I wouldn't pay full price.

We got our 7th Citrus Lane box.  This arrived a few days before they thought Ella turns 1 (since I changed her birthday by 1 month).  We finally got a book!

The totals of these boxes are going down and down but I'm liking them more and more.  Before I might have 3 or 4 things and only like 1. Here I will use all 4. Worth it.  Well I'm just assuming we'd use all 4. I'm not sure about the tray yet.  We own the same bibs and love them and always wish we had more.

I didn't have time to make collage sand I liked a lot so below you will see some pictures of Ella opening the box and playing.

The pink shirt is in the morning and the purple shirt was a little bit later. The purple shirt and jeans were later yet.

Citrus Lane October 2014

We got our 6th Citrus Lane Box. This box arrived just before Ella turned 10 months old but since I changed her age they thought it was a few days before she turned 11 months old. I can only find a few blogs with their October reviews up and they are all for older kids. Ella would have liked all of their boxes better than this one.

I liked the bell the best and Ella really likes it. I might like the leg warmers because it is getting cooler in the morning and it's 62 in our living room but then it's 70+ later in the day. If I can throw on leg warmers then I don't have to swap out pants. We'll see if I remember. I do think the leg warmers fit her well. They are exactly the length they need to be to go from thigh to ankle so I'm not sure how these go up to 6 year olds. I'm not sure how well she liked them though. She got a little ring around at the top of her thigh.  The doll is dumb to me. It's similar to other ones that were cheaper and that Ella never liked.

In my card that says all the items it specifically mentions the doll is made for the littlest hands but then on Amazon it says not for children under 3.  Then for the bell it makes it may take time to learn how to ring it but Ella got it right away!  I have so many butt creams and lotions for Ella and never use any. Maybe I should start giving some away to other people so I don't hoard things I'll never use.

We got our 5th Citrus Lane Box. This box arrived 2 days before Ella turned 9 months old but since I changed her age they thought it was a few days before she turned 10 months old.

I like the bath toys. I was just wishing we had some for Ella but hadn't gotten to purchasing them.  Ella even liked playing with them just sitting there.

I know the onesie will be nice. It's way more expensive than I would pay but it's cute. I got it big just in case they ran small.  I like that it's not just a shirt but a onesie but also don't like it. The shirt is so wide that it will make Ella not look as slim and trim as she is. The sizing will work out well to have long sleeves for her in the winter. We barely use long sleeves.

I'm sick of dish soaps and lotions.  The baby food will get used but Ella barely likes purees anymore. I didn't even look into the iphone app.

I think this was on the cheaper side but I still liked it more than other ones.
