December Workout Goals - Overall

I've been posting my goals and showing my progress the last few months.  I plan to continue with this. Prior to the last week I seemed to only be on track for 2 of the 8 goals. My shins are hurting from taking time off running so I severely doubted I would be even close to my 40 mile mark.  Week 3 was really hard with being so busy that the goals that I was close to before, I not got further away. It was no good.
  1. Complete 18 cardio workouts - Completed 19
  2. Do 12 core workouts  - Completed 13
  3. Frequency: Run 10 times  - Completed 12
  4. Distance: Run 40 total miles  - Completed 40.04
  5. Workout with Dave 12 times  - Completed 10
  6. Lift weights 5 times on my own  - Completed 2
  7. Perform yoga 2 times  - Completed 2
  8. Attend Body Pump 3 times  - Completed 2
I completed 5 and was close on 2 more. That was way closer than I thought I'd be.  It was these last 3 days of running that helped me out on 3 of them.  Overall I think it was a success. December is difficult with being so busy and traveling.  This month was also challenging with my shin problems.

North Park Run then Walk (12/30)

Jen and I ran in the morning. She was ahead of schedule so I rushed in the morning to get there.  It ended up much warmer than either of us anticipated and we were too bundled up. It's funny how 40 degrees with a lower windchill ends up too warm.

The run was a struggle for me (well both of us).  We did our normal run:walk routine but we had to slow it up.  We were having difficulty talking while running.

I wore my new compression socks. I got them for Christmas. I didn't ask for them but was debating getting t hem for myself. My shins just bother me so much lately that my running in December has severely been lacking.

I also wore my new arm warmers.  They were quite warm.  I had on a tank + arm warmers, then a light jacket on top. I ended up removing the jacket after about 4 miles. I removed my gloves much earlier than that.  I left my headband on because I didn't want super messed up hair.
After we were done with a shortened loop, we walked the entire loop including the big hill. The walk went by so fast. We got so much talking in.  We were walking pretty fast.  It did start to rain a little during the walk, but it wasn't bad.

My BodyMedia fit even had me at vigorous activity during the walk. I can't think of a time that ever happened before.  Probably because it was so soon after the run.  Jen and I tend to run then stand at our cars talking for 15-30 minutes so we might as well walk and get some more exercise.

My garmin had distinct differences between "Time" and "Moving Time" and I don't understand it. Each mile almost has a 1 minute difference.  We were moving the entire time.  I only remember my old garmin having a 2-5 sec difference and usually that was when I did an out and back so I thought it was the couple seconds that it didn't realize what specific point I went to.

The slight dip after 5 minutes was the bathroom break.  The next dip was the stop back at the car to remove some layers.  I can't believe the walk had me at such a high calorie burn.

I tried the compare feature on the Garmin and it just gave me all of the things above.  They weren't all at North Park. I think it just did a distance compare.  I put check marks by the ones I think I ran with Jen.

So we did 9.5 miles total the day before a race.  Probably wasn't the smartest idea.  My legs were so fatigued all day. Which is the opposite of rest the day before a race. Oops.

12.15

Outfit 1 - Work
Pants: NY&Co (they were huge and falling down all day. It made the pants seem so long too.)
Sweater: Express
Shoes: Famous Footwear
Necklace, Bracelet, Earrings: Target

Outfit 2 - Charity Gala
Dress: Lazarus (2002, $9.99)
Shoes: Mudd
Necklace, Bracelet, Earrings: Target

Yet another busy day.   I was up late Wednesday so I slept in a bit.

I worked, I went to Costco at lunch to pick up Christmas cards, and I worked some more.

After work I went to a YPE function at the Warhol Museum.  It was a charity event benefiting the Women's Shelter.  I could barely get out of work to go. I was staying and packing everything up while still on the phone.   I talked to people. I had to be an extravert. I didn't like that very much.   I think I'm more testy than usually because work is stressing me out. Little things people said bothered me.

I did learn I'm on the YPE board. I didn't have business cards like the rest of them so I was confused. I thought they just invited me to planning meetings and wanted me to do stuff but that I didn't have an official title.  Guess I was wrong.  My bio will be on the local website soon and I'll link that up here. My bio seems so much less impressive than all other bios of people on the board.  I'm less impressive but also I don't know how to write the impressive things about myself that I do have.

I got home after 10 and still had to do so many things. The first thing I did was talk to Dave (for a long time) but I was starving and needed dinner.   I watched The Biggest Loser while eating.  I was going to stop the show and go be productive but I just needed some rest time.  I ended up falling asleep while watching it.

A Day's Worth of Twitter

01:15:11 AM - @missylizzylucy I am always looking for excuses to have dinner parties.
01:36:18 AM - @mikecherepko they don't need processing or you just don't listen?
03:26:53 PM - View from 5 miles into run http://t.co/uOqKnmly
08:31:23 PM - I'm heating dinner and Dave says "didn't you already eat?" and my reply was "I already ate twice." yay for third dinner.
08:50:00 PM - Turkey gravy on beef roast is good stuff.
09:53:36 PM - Oh boy if I'm lucky I'll only hit 4 of 8 of my December workout goals.
11:21:47 PM - probably not so good that if I want to hit my milage goal for the month I'll be running 29% of the miles on the last day.
11:56:07 PM - I'm 9 weeks behind on a 20 week training plan. Sucks. I ran fewer miles in all of December than i should have been running each week.

11.29

Sweater: Express
Pants: VS
Shoes: Nine West via Famous Footwear
Necklace: Sears
Earrings: Target
Dave and I saw a rainbow on our way to lunch.

Some people loved my red pants and I got to tell them about VS and the pants. It was great. I love when people want to know about things I have.  Someone also wanted to know about BodyMedia fit.  Sometimes I think I'm better than a sales rep for everything that I know about the product.

I ran with Jen but since I couldn't find my headlamp we went running at a track instead of North Park.  After running with Jen, I watched TV with Dave.  After that I watched Dancing with the Stars. Then it became too late to do anything on my to-do list. Oops.

12.17 - Birthday Dinner, Shoup's Party

Outfit 1 = Workout clothes
Tank: Kohl's

Outfit 2
Shirt & Cardigan: NY&Co
Belt: Kohl's (the belt sure had a lot longer of a tail that I'm used to when I belt it)
Jeans: Express
Shoes: Famous Footwear
Lunch
The plan was wake up early and go to the gym. We had a plan for all kinds of stuff.  The hotel internet was so bad, that our plans were totally messed up.  The wired internet would work but not the wireless. Well it worked but was at a crawl that it took a year to load anything.  Dave tried to run internet sharing from my work laptop but it wouldn't work because the laptop sucks.  We tried to buy a flash drive to run linux and get that working.  By we I mean Dave did the figuring and I took a nap.

Then we went to the Apple store to buy the adapter so an ethernet cord can be plugged into a usb port.  The mall was so packed.  I dropped Dave off at the door and then tried to find a parking spot.  That took about 10 minutes. There were cops directing traffic.  Going to the mall the last Saturday before Christmas is never good.
I thought we didn't even need to buy anything because we'd be socializing with family and friends and was it worth the money.   I thought of buying a wireless router but didn't tell Dave.  Later he said that was a good idea.  Ugh.

We took too long for all of this so we didn't have time to go to the gym.
We went out to dinner for Dave's dad's birthday then hung out, did Christmas presents, put ornaments on the tree, and watched some TV.  After that we went to Shoup's party.  It was awesome seeing everyone. Shreve didn't tell them we were coming so it was quite a surprise.  I took pictures but most of them are blurry.  My new camera is far too slow. I missed so many great shots.  Also drunk people don't stay still so action shots end up all blurry.  My old camera didn't end up blurry either. Ethan wore mistletoe and wanted kisses from everyone; Dave wouldn't give him a kiss though.

11.28 - Dead Car Battery

Cardigan: NY&Co
Shirt: Limited
Skirt: Express
Shoes: Mudd
Belt: Kohl's
Earrings: Target

I have indoor pictures and outdoor pictures because I took my picture, then my car battery was dead so I needed jumped and had to call AAA.  They took so long that I was able to get outdoor pictures too.
After work I went to the dentist to have a cavity filled. The dentist kept leaving the room to go handle other patients.  Sometimes I was there 15 minutes waiting.  This all made my appointment really long.  My face was so numb all night.  I had a 5:30 appointment and at 10:30 when I went to sleep, I was still pretty numb.  I wasn't numb up to my eye or down my neck but my entire cheek was still numb.   I haven't had novocain much in my life but I'm pretty when I talked to other people they said they were never that numb or for that long.

A Day's Worth of Twitter

12:02:47 AM - @SydneyLiann Have you ever tried Pot Belly's? I loved it when I visited DC.
10:41:16 AM - I had a dream that I was sick and they wouldn't let me go home sick from high school. I woke up feeling miserable.
09:14:07 PM - I am so sweaty from that exercise bike workout
09:57:47 PM - 4 more days this month and I already met 2 of 8 of my workout goals
10:50:06 PM - training plans take so much time. I just realized I'm not only behind (aka didn't start) on my training plan for March but also for May.

11.27

Sweater: Loft
Jeans: Express
Shoes: Famous Footwear

This is one of those sweaters that sheds on my pants if I wear dress pants.
Look at the bulge on Dave's ankle.  Too bad we have no idea what that is from.
I started decorating for Christmas.  I knew I needed to get going or it'd be Christmas and I wouldn't have it done.

11.20 (After the Marathon)

Cardigan, Cami, Jeans: Express
Necklace: Lia Sophia
Shoes: my running shoes
After the marathon we chilled in our hotel room. Then we went to dinner. We ended up trying this new place. The cheesesteak was purely amazing. We even only ended up there using yelp for pizza within a couple miles from where we were and it was on there.  Those cheese fries were good and cheap.  The pizza wasn't that good though.

After dinner, it was back to relaxing.  I went to sleep by 9pm.

12.14 - Christmas Photos

Pants: VS
Cardigan: NY&Co.
Shirt: Express
Shoes: Famous Footwear
Necklace: Sears

I thought I had a short torso but all my cardigans are shorter than I want them to be.  I want them to be even just an inch or 2 longer.  The sleeves on this cardigan are very annoying.  I can pull them down to my wrist bone but then the default length is a few inches shorter and it reverts to that after a few seconds.
I was so tired in the morning that I hit snooze on 3 different alarms multiple times and just thought I did it a couple times. 45 minutes after the first alarm went off I realized this.

I got to work and my computer had a wonderful blue screen of death.  I auto recover my excel files and all is good and I finish up what I didn't finish earlier to prepare for my 11am meeting.  Then I go to open my powerpoint file and there was no auto recover version. I had not saved it at all the night before.  When will I ever learn? (When I think that I picture my dad saying "when will you ever learn?" the way he always does)  Everything just wasn't from the excel files but I did additional analysis and researched specific CAPs and looked into areas and found IR numbers that already pertained to what I was talking about so I did not have to open a new IR. Well I lost all that.  By this point I'm down to an hour before I have to walk over to the meeting.

Because of all, that I didn't ever break to eat breakfast.  Then my meeting was from 11-12:30. I was hungry after.  I had other meetings. During my 2:00, my manager came to my desk and told me to join him in the conference room he's in.  Finally at 3:30, I was done and got to finally eat lunch.  Oh what a day.
I was still super busy up until the end.  I ended up leaving at 6.  I debated going to the gym but Dave said I had to hurry home to take our Christmas picture or he wasn't taking it. I know he's not kidding when he says he's not doing it, so no gym for me.
I got home, made dinner, took our picture, and then it was already after 9pm.  Poly didn't cooperate for the picture.

After that I had to make Christmas cards, write cards, find missing addresses, print labels, crop Christmas photos, order them, and stamp some of the cards I already had made to finish them off.  I ended up making 16 new cards and writing out 10 cards but by that time it was 1 AM so it was time for bed.

Holiday Traditions

Christmas Eve dinner with fish that my brother cooks. I don't like fish so it's a rough meal, but we make it work.
Christmas Day with family at my parents house.  We rarely take pictures. We always have stuffed cabbage. We always have a few different cookies
New Year's Eve at Callie's. We've been going there for years.  I missed a few years. Mike missed a few years.  My parents went a couple times.  Dave has never gone and I am trying to get him to go and I fail every year. It appears that balancing your cup on your gut is a tradition and wearing plaids is a tradition. I will have to see if I can do both of these this year.  Callie's mom asks me if I'll bring my kids some date to their party and I definitely would.
A family picture. Well the tradition is I try to force my family to take a family picture. The reality is we have only done this 3 times.
Pizzelles! My gram's recipe. There are recipes out there but that's just cheating. I have to use my gram's recipe when I make it each year.  My aunt couldn't find my gram's recipe last year so she called Algie's recipe. Algie is my gram's cousin so I think
Putting presents around the tree in the basement. 1 year we didn't have a tree down there so my brother pulled out the dogwood and put the presents around it.
Apparently a tradition I didn't even realize I have is that I take pictures of people who fell asleep.  Now good thing I'm the only one who seems to take pictures because then there aren't pictures of me sleeping.  The above collage has examples from Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year's Eve and spans over many years.

Another tradition that I don't have a picture of is zebra cakes in our stockings.  Now it is just a joke. I tend to buy the zebra cakes the last few years.  We get 1 package in our stockings and that is it.

What traditions do you have?  What tradition would you like to have but you don't do currently? I'd like to have food besides fish on Christmas Eve!

11.23

Another day off work and another day I never wore real clothes.  I did run, use the elliptical, and lift weights for my arms.
This athletic jacket is from Soma. I like that it has inside pockets.  The sleeves have scrunching or whatever and then make the one edge of it a little short. Oh well. The length is still better than like anywhere else I tried.  I think runners like to have their sleeves go to their finger tips so then I get some sleeves that go to my actual wrist.  It did cost me $88 a few years ago though.
Nothing noteworthy happened besides learning that my dad was taken to the ER.  I was shocked. Timmy knew and didn't tell me the story in advance so when my mom texts and says "I assume you heard." she was mistaken.
Well my dad had what he thought was a pinched nerve so made a doctor appointment so he could get a muscle relaxer and be done. It happened once before and that's what he did. Well at the doctor appointment after awhile the doctor came out and got my mom.  He said my dad's blood pressure was too low so they were taking him to the hospital via ambulance.  It was something like 66/38 but I can't remember exactly.   My dad had his appointment in the early afternoon and got out of the ER at 10pm.  They ran a ton of tests. Nothing really explained the low BP.  They wouldn't let him eat there. They also kept not giving him anything for his neck pain which is really why he went.  What an ordeal.   My mom was talking about postponing our Thanksgiving meal.   We did. We made it dinner instead of lunch.  I bought a pumpkin pie since she didn't have time to make pumpkin cake. {On Thanksgiving he said it only hurt a little and he was still clearing plates and doing dishes so at least it improved a lot over a day with the medicine they gave him.}

12:44:47 AM - So tired. The cookies weren't all cool enough. I put them in containers anyway.
12:46:07 AM - In bed. Uncomfy. Then I realize I'm still in my clothes and the bra is I comfy. Oh boy
12:50:17 AM - “@SallyMcGraw: Statistics show that it is 80% harder to leave your chair when there is a purring cat sitting in your lap.” true
02:56:37 PM - At the gym and my badge let me in. But there are 4 other people here and none of their badges worked.
03:45:25 PM - @mikecherepko PB's badge also dost work. I was the only female there. Maybe they don't want guys to workout.
04:27:38 PM - Oh the traffic is awful. Why did I leave the house? We will never get out of this plaza. And I didn't even want to eat at BRGR
05:02:27 PM - @mikecherepko Traffic is awful and the parking lots are worse.
05:03:47 PM - I'm still hungry. That kids meal was better than the normal burgers. I just needed some more food.
05:38:53 PM - Where does the food go? http://t.co/5GNRvSOM
05:44:41 PM - Even more drinks http://t.co/3xm0di7T

10:22:29 PM - Cake is in the oven. 1 more kind of cookies to make tomorrow. would do it now. It the oven is in use.
10:59:30 PM - @lisafilipek if I'm not driving the gas tank is the gauge.
11:05:12 PM - The cake is finally out of the oven. It took an hour. Was supposed to take 35-40 min

Cleaning

Every time I clean, this happens to my bed.  Then I quit cleaning before I clean this up.  Then I have to go to bed at night and need my bed so I throw it all on the floor.  Does this happen to anyone else?  Do you have something else that you do each time you clean that isn't beneficial?

4.5 miles

I ran with Jen again today.  I was going to run at lunch at work. I was just unmotivated to leave my desk. I posted on facebook to get people to motivate me to run and then she commented and we ended up running together.

Today we ran at 4:1 run:walk intervals the entire time. It was the first time we both did that together.  Last time we did 3:1 but the times before it we ended up changing to 2:1 or walking a little extra at some point.  This was our fastest time for the 4.5 mile loop too.

The weather was very nice.  I got a bit warm partway through but I was wearing a tank top, long sleeve shirt, and light jacket. Granted I'm also wearing all of these things right now and then thinking about how I am, I realized I didn't shower after working out.

We did not have a split of over 3 minutes. I believe we usually get 1 that slow.  We also usually have a mile split that is over 11 minutes. Today we didn't do that.

So many little things about todays run got me motivated.

After I got home, I looked at my training plan. If I would have run 5 miles, I would have made hit what I should have hit. I I'm at the end of week 3 and only made it once.  Also I did have a training plan that started 2 weeks earlier but I never met anything so I started over.

Today when we were leaving the park, some lady who was parked next to me joined into our conversation. She said she ran for years and years but injured herself and could now only bike.  She was probably about 60 years old.  She said she ran since she was little.  She did something to the tendon in her ankle and now she has flat feet. She said she can't run.  If she had to do it all over again she would have biked and swam all those years.  She was telling us how running is bad for you.

A Day's Worth of Twitter

07:42:49 AM - Worst dream. I was in school and had no idea about my class schedule so I didn't know where to go. I also couldn't log in to SIS to get it
09:43:06 AM - how is it only 9:43? This is going to be a long day.
09:45:10 AM - Impressive RT @katy_rose1: I love Google. Go ahead and google search "Let It Snow" and then watch and wait!
12:04:00 PM - I was going to run at lunch. Don't feel like it. I'm going to regret this later. Talk me into going for a run! Go!
03:25:51 PM - @lisafilipek I have stopped to nap on numerous occasions for trips that are 45 minutes total. I hate driving so bad.
04:29:54 PM - We hear a knock at the door. I walk to the door while Poly runs. Then she does this until the UPS truck pulls away. http://t.co/cpFTpOSW
05:00:49 PM - Calculating: 1"x1"xheight of fudge=65 calories. Based on my @BodyMediaFIT data, I'd have to run 8:35 extra minutes to burn it off
11:20:17 PM - Is it too late to start making cookies?
11:39:40 PM - @BodyMediaFIT To add to that I burned 184 calories during Body Flow (normal hr = 74) Therefore Body Flow=2.5x my normal calorie burn
11:51:25 PM - starting cookies wasn't a good idea. I just got really tired really fast. Cookies are in the oven, CLothes are in the dryer.

12.11

Jacket: Armoni Exchange
Pants: VS (corduroy)
Shirt: F21
Necklace: NY&Co.
Boots: VS

These pants are a bit long but I'm afraid the corduroy will shrink.  Also the inseams go by 2 inch increments and I don't want 2 inches shorter.
I woke up at 9 with an alarm. I did not want to get out of bed. I was so tired.

Then I used my computer.  Finally at 11, I ate leftovers for lunch.  We watched a few episodes of West Wing. Then we went to the mall to return something and do some Christmas shopping. The mall was packed. It was hard to find a parking spot. The spots really far away were even taken.  It was a zoo in the mall. I hate shopping.
Then after the mall, we went and had pizza for dinner.  Then it was off to the gym.  I ran while Dave used the elliptical then we did weights.  I think he'll be sore tomorrow. {he was. I typed this on the 11th but never got to cropping the pictures}  I might even be.

While I ran I got the least tired I've gotten in awhile. I think it was because I was watching football on TV.  The game was kind of interesting. Green Bay had 43 points and Oakland had 7.  I enjoyed hearing all the stats about the game.   During that game Green Bay got more points this season than any other season. They have also scored 57 touchdowns which is a single season team record. The announcer had mentioned the last time Oakland allowed that many points in a game but I forget when but it was many years ago. Does anyone know what year that was?  My quick googling turned up empty but probably because I don't know the appropriate football terms to search for.  By the end of my run it was 46-7.  Who knew I'd care to watch any game that wasn't the Steelers.

I got home and started updating different excel files. Next thing I knew it was after midnight. While updating excel files I did watch a little youtube. Drunk Kitchen was pretty funny.

02:32:18 AM - @lisafilipek I want to knit a stocking but I forget how to knit.
09:43:00 AM - @lisafilipek Do you have to knit stockings for everyone?

12.10 - Party

Sweater: Express
Pants: VS
Necklace: Sears
Shoes: Famous Footwear
I woke up knowing I had a ton to do. I didn't want to do any of it. I forgot to set my alarm so we got started a little late. We went down and made the chili. It had to be in the crockpot for 9 hours on low (which is what we were going for but it could also have been on high for 5 hours). I played on my computer.
I ate lunch, I watched many episodes of West Wing.  At 1 we had paused it to make the glaze for the kielbasa.

Around 3:00 we stopped watching West Wing and decided to start cleaning and cooking.  We sure know how to do it right.
At one point I showered and decided to cut my hair, because obviously cutting my hair was important to be done before company.  At another point we hung up some pictures in our hallway.  At another point in time I decided to make another kind of cookies since I know my uncle likes chocolate so why not make a double chocolate cookie for him. He doesn't even eat many cookies so that wasn't a requirement to be done either.
At 4:30 guests arrived. (Well my parents showed up early but I said they could.)
We were ready to eat at 5.   We ran out of some food. I thought we were going to have SO MUCH extra. We did not. We just had a ton extra of some of the appetizer stuff. We have a ton left of the expensive cheese though.
Some family left at 8:30. The rest left at 11 or so.  Man was I tired.  I could barely stay awake.

I probably shouldn't have cooked while wearing those heels. My feet hurt by the end of the night.

Shirt and Cami: Express (both outfits)
T-shirt: Free from the Science Center
Pants: Express
Jeans: Express
Shoes: Famous Footwear
Necklace: Lia Sophia

Running shoes were worn in outfit 1 but I forgot to take my picture before removing them.

I woke up bright and early to get to the science center by 7am.  Dave and I were judging the Chain Reaction Contraption contest.  That was very tiring.  It was very interesting to see what the kids came up with.  This year their contraption had to play a musical instrument.
We were done a little after 11 since we only volunteered for half a day.  We went to Campesinos for lunch on the way home. We got home and decided to rest for 15 minutes. I set my alarm for 15 minutes. We turned on West Wing. Well before I knew it, I was asleep. My alarm went off and I kept resetting it for 15 minutes.  One of the times I forgot to hit start before I fell back to sleep.   When I woke up it was 2 hours later and I noticed Dave asleep on the other couch. (Poly was napping too.)

Instead of cleaning or whatever we should have been doing to prepare for my family Christmas party, I decided I had too much to do so I wouldn't do any of it. That's how I work.  I watched some TV and used my computer to catch up on cropping pictures for my blog. I was a few weeks behind and I had to catch up some time.

Pants: VS (new)
Shirt: NY&Co
Shoes: VS (actually boots)
Necklace: Target

I couldn't figure out for sure if these pants were gray or brown so I went with pink to match.  I thought they were brown but Dave thought gray. (Online they did refer to them as brown.)

I just got these pants in the mail.  They are 36" inseam and the same style as my red ones. I wish they were a little shorter.  My gray pants are also 36" inseam from VS but they aren't as long and they are a little better.  If these shrink slightly they will be perfect. I'm waiting until I wash and dry them before I would consider hemming them because my luck is if I hem them first, they will shrink and I"ll be stuck.

The back of the shirt is a little fancy or I would alter it like I did with 2 other shirts I have.  The shirt fits perfect around my butt but is very baggy at my waist and I don't like that.  The far left picture kind of shows that.
I went to work and felt like I was getting sick.  My throat hurt. After I got to work, I was sneezing more than normal. I started to think I was getting sick and I did not want to get sick. I have too much going on (we all do).   I cancelled my plans to run with someone since I was feeling sick. I didn't want to chance it and wanted to rest up.

I didn't run and I didn't workout. Instead I watched TV.

I did do a little bit of cleaning. I cleaned up the dining room. I timed myself. Later I emailed my mom and she thought it was funny that I timed myself in different areas. I spent 22 minutes cleaning up the Stmapin' Up supplies from the dining room.  Then I spent 23 minutes cleaning up stuff in the family room and kitchen and doing the dishes in the kitchen.  That may seem like a lot of time but the kitchen was still a mess.  I'd pause the timer when I went in to my laptop and would email my mom.   Dave wrapped presents while I was cleaning up and he tore off the packaging for the gift cards. I tried to tell him you give the gifts with them on it. He told me I was crazy. Then he saw the to and from and the online ordering info on the paper he took off so then he proceded to pretend to eat the paper he took off to hide the evidence.

Then we watched the Steeler Game.  (Poly even watched too.) I hate the night games. They keep me up too late and I'm too wound up after they are over that I don't go to sleep right away.
