Days of the Week: Runner's Edition

I saw someone make a reel on instagram of everything they wore each day of the week. I immediately thought I should do that with running or at least workouts for the week.  Once I did that, I ended up getting a bunch of suggested reels with other people doing their week's worth of running. 

I ended up making 2 videos.

1SE 2020

I went back to 2020 and put a second video on all the dates that only had one. I also finished November and December. The video is kind of long. I think it might be more fun to watch only 1 month at a time so you don't lose interest by the end. But anyway here it is. It was very time consuming to do.

Ella's Birthday Interview (8 years old)

We had cake after Liam was asleep.

I try to ask this every birthday but seem to be missing a few.    I asked these all to Ella a couple weeks late.

  2. Who is your best friend? Eleanor and Arya
  3. What is your favorite color? blue
  4. What is your favorite animal? dog
  5. What is your favorite food? Daddy’s soup (aka expensive ramen), burgers and fries
  6. What food do you really dislike? Potato salad and the other stuff that I don’t like that I don’t eat.
  7. What is your favorite TV show? Moriah Elizabeth, Carina, Rebecca Zamolo (these are like youtube videos. What about tv shows?) Thundermans, H2O Mermaids, Haunted Hathaways
  8. What is your favorite song? Hamilton and riding my horse down the old town road
  9. What is your favorite book? (… looks around and sees a book and tells me that title ) Rainbow Magic Fairies. She updated with Also Smile
  10. What is your favorite thing to wear? I don’t know
  11. What makes you happy? Having playdates and watching extra youtube kids and youtube and netflix
  12. What makes you sad? When i hurt myself and when i don’t have playdates for a long time.
  13. What is your favorite toy/game? All the toys and games I play with.
  14. What is your favorite holiday? Christmas and my birthday
  15. What would you buy if you had $1,000? One thousand toys. Maybe less. And a lot of candy. And a lot of toothpaste (laughs)
  16. Where is your favorite place to go? Eureka!, Dollar Store, and Target
  17. What is your favorite restaurant? Eureka! And McDonald’s
  18. What is your favorite memory? I don’t have any memories
  19. What is your favorite stuffed animal? My stuffed animal that i keep renaming. It’s a bunny that keeps getting stuck under the bed. Fuzzle, Poodle, or Fluffy are it’s names.
  20. What is your favorite thing to sleep with? A pillow and a blanket
  21. What is your favorite fruit? Pears, strawberries, and kiwi
  22. What is your favorite cereal? Lucky Charms
  23. What is your favorite thing to eat for breakfast? Pancakes, waffles, and cereal
  24. What is your favorite thing to eat for lunch? Eureka, In N out, and McDonald’s
  25. What is your favorite dessert? Popsicles
  26. What is your favorite drink? Fruit Punch
  27. What is your favorite game? Minecraft
  28. What is your favorite movie? Titanic, Star Wars, The Christmas Story
  29. What is your favorite thing to do outside? Go on a swing and go to the park
  30. What are you really good at? Drawing and I used to be good at hand stands. I’m sort of good at hand stands and I’m good at almost doing a split.

  34. What is your birthday wish? To have a unicorn and to be a mermaid

1SE 2021

Apparently I used to do monthly posts with 1SE but here is all of 2021. The app was horrible for awhile for awhile and it'd take me 1-3 minutes just to get a video for 1 day.   For 2021 I went with vertical instead of horizontal.

2022 Random Goals

Another year of goals. Probably another year of forgetting about them.

In 2021:
  1. 150 blog posts with a reach goal of 250. 
    • I have so much backlog but also barely post so we shall see. 
  2. 2022 Photo of the week blog posts
    • 2022 can be late but try to actually post more than half!
    • Go back to 2018 and do ~10 of the 40 missing
    • Also do the 7 missing 2019 posts
    • And do the 12 missing 2020 posts
    • And do the 43 missing 2021 posts
  3. Post or delete half of the 173 draft posts on blogger
  4. 1 Second Everyday. 
    • Post 2020 and 2021 to youtube and to blog
    • Add 2nd videos to 2018 videos and resave... youtube + blog post
  5. 2022 Favorite photos album in google photos (have at least 10 mo added before the end of the year
    • Finishing adding Sept - Dec to 2021 album
  6. Complete 4 photo books!
    • I did 7 in 2021. I still have 2018 road trip books to do which will end up being 3!
  7. Read a book
  8. Use to-do list planner.
    • Document workouts in the calendar
  9. Do productivity bootcamp
    • I started it and it has been so helpful so far.
  10. Update and Unpause Chatbooks to get them printed
I'll keep my same reach goals in 2020 that I had in 2019. I didn't make either of them.

  1. Clean the kitchen 2x week
    • To clarify cleaning doesn't have to be 100% clean but cleaning it a lot. I'm really bad at documenting it but need to work on it more.
  2. Make bed 2x week

2021 Random Goals - How I did

I always make exercise goals a few years ago started to make some non exercise related goals. I never seem to do as well since I forget about them. 


In 2021:
  1. 283 blog posts with a reach goal of 300. = 120 ❌
  2. 2021 Photo of the week blog posts = 0 ❌
    • Also do the 7 missing 2019 posts = 0 ❌
    • And do the 20 missing 2020 posts = 14 ❌
  3. Two year update for Liam on Blog ❌
  4. 1 Second Everyday. ✅
    • Update 2018 to add 2 videos versus the old way where they only allowed 1 ❌
    • Finish 2020 - November and December ✅
    • 2021 (before Dec 31 I had all but 4 days of Dec complete and finished those the first week of January) ✅
  5. Complete 4 photo books! = 7 ✅
    • LACP Yearbook
    • Itsmomchallenge 2019

For 2021, here are my exercise goals and how I did:

  1. Run 100 miles (with a reach goal of 200 miles) = 540.16 mi  ✅
  2. Run 52 times (With a reach goal of 100 times) = 194  ✅
  3. Complete 2 Beachbody programs = 3  ✅
  4. Exercise in some form 156 times (that's 3x/week) (Reach goal of 312) = 375  ✅
  5. Win 20 step bets = 23  ✅

I also made monthly goals for 6 items all year and documented. the goals for some contributed to the goals above but other ones were unrelated. 



As of 12/29/21
I made almost every single month. Sometimes I'd get my push-ups 3 days early and other times I had to do so many the last 2 days just. to get enough. 
A few days ago I started to do a compiled file and made a pivot table by year. I guess missing a couple months really had me miss the  year 

as of 12/29. I worked out more after!
The goal for run miles I actually hit my yearly goal but when I broke it down by month I had rounded up knowing I wouldn't make it some months.  So maybe I should have a separately yearly goal in my spreadsheet.
