40 Weeks (April)

I didn't have any weight gain and the nurse was surprised.  But this time I weighed myself in my hoodie and last time I was not wearing one. So maybe I lost weight?
3 cm dilated. Then she stretched it to 4. 80-90% effaced. She said my BP was good/low. I forget the number and can't seem to log into the my health online right now.

She said I don't need an appointment next week and I'll have the baby by then. At this appointment with Miles she said I'd have the baby before the following week and I did not though.  She said she's at the hospital on Monday and I can go in and have them break my water to get labor started if I didn't go into labor first.  She mentioned that only being an issue if they are really busy that day.
Saturday morning (40 weeks day) starting around 2 AM I had contractions that would wake me up. But only every hour or so.  But nothing ever amounted to anything. All day I'd have some contractions every hour or so. Sometimes 2 hours between them and sometimes 5 minutes.
In the morning on Saturday when I was brushing my teeth I noticed how low my belly dropped.

Now my dropped belly looks more similar to my belly with Miles. For a few weeks now I was looking much higher.

I asked Dave today if we have a baby name. He said more or less. Then I asked what but he didn't answer.
I wish Ella and Miles were awake for the photos today. That would have been fun since Ella was in my pic the last 2 times.
Another comparison that shows how the baby majorly dropped.

Size of baby: Small Pumpkin. The average baby is born 20 inches long and 7.5 lbs.

Total Weight Gain/Loss: I gained 3.8 lb this week for 45.2 lbs overall.  (Last week I had lost weight from Thursday to Saturday but really I figured I didn't so then I knew this week would be high weight gain.

Maternity Clothes:  Same as it's been. Maternity tops, non-maternity workout pants worn below my belly. But the pants aren't staying up as well.

Movement: I feel like he moves less than last week. I wear my TENS unit like all the time and think that throws me off.

Sleep:  It's been horrible. I sleep about a half hour at a time the last few days. Then I started sleeping in my TENS unit and I'd sleep until the thing turned off after 80 minutes.

What I miss: I miss running. I miss holding Ella and Miles. I miss walking or doing things without getting out of breath. I miss being able to bend.

Symptoms: I breathe heavy. I get out of breath. Braxton Hicks Contractions.  Back pain. Numb legs from sciatica issues.  I have a lot of low belly pressure/pain when I do things.

Best moment this week:

Looking forward to:  This baby deciding to come!!!

Exercise:  I did back exercises at the beginning of the week but kind of quit those.

Same this time: With Miles I wanted the baby to come just like I do now. Ella was already born and a week old!

Different from last time: I have extreme back pain this time.

39 Weeks (April)

I had my doctor appointment Wednesday. I had it with the nurse practitioner and not my OB.  I brought up how last time I had to schedule a c-section. She left to go ask my doctor about it and said they'd talk about it next time. I was 1.5 cm dilated this time. I said that's what she said last time. She said last time it was a little less.
I don't like the anticipation of labor. Like WHEN will it start. AHH I don't like the multiple week window when it can happen. It's extremely stressful trying to make sure I have people lined up to watch Ella and Miles.

I took pictures in a sports bra and then in a tank top. I had on workout pants versus my normal shorts but figured it was good enough. I took measurements too. I did this before realizing last time I took pics too!

I went to PT twice this week and the OB once. It's like I always have appointments.  My legs are back to going numb for very long periods of time. I can't handle not being able to function like I want to.  In addition to that my groin is bothering me. It slowly got worse and today it's like with every step I'm being stabbed in the crotch.

I got more baby clothes from Julia since I can't find mine. I have washed most of it. But it's all folded on top of the washer/dryer. I better put it in the drawers.

I finally packed my hospital bag this week. I packed it on Thursday night. I said if this was Ella pregnancy then I'd have a baby by Friday morning so I better pack it.

Poly still tries to lie on me when I sleep and I have to get her off. She likes my belly too much.

I'm hotter at night. I barely use my covers. It is warmer over all but still I'm way hotter.
3 pregnancies. Looking totally differnet. Miles was SO LOW.

Size of baby: Mini Watermelon, 20 inches long from head to heel. My app on my phone says the baby weighs about 7.25 pounds.  The baby gains a half a lb a week.

Total Weight Gain/Loss: I gained 0.7 lbs this week for 41.4 lbs overall. Earlier in the week I weighed 1.6 more though.

Maternity Clothes:  Some of my longer maternity shirts aren't fitting but I still have some tanks and 3 normal T-shirts that fit. My athletic pants are getting a little more annoying at trying to stay up now that the baby bump is a little lower.

Movement: he moves a decent amount but I mainly notice when lying down. I will notice his butt will be on the right side and then on the left side later. Sometimes my belly is an odd shape based on his position. If I move my laptop closer to my face to see better and put it on my belly, he always moves all around.

Sleep: I'm sleeping horribly. I've fallen asleep using my laptop and wake up later with numb legs because I was on my back. I will fall asleep on my side and then wake up on my back because I fell over and then my legs go numb. It's like I can't stay propped up. At least 3 nights this week (most recent 3) I was up every 1.5ish hours dealing with trying to get in position. The one night I think I had mild Braxton Hicks contractions so then I wasn't sleeping very well wondering if I'd go into labor or if they were Braxton Hicks.

What I miss: I miss running. I miss being able to turn over in bed without breathing heavy or without it being a big ordeal. I miss times of no back pain.

Symptoms: My low back hurts constantly and just sometimes hurts a lot worse. Sciatica pain and then left leg pain and numbness or right leg pain and numbness. I'm starving and want so much food but not sure that's a symptom. My nose is bloody often. I blow my nose in the morning and it'll be all bloody.  I'm getting out of breath a lot. Going to the bathroom and getting back to bed and getting under the covers result in me being out of breath!

Best moment this week: making some shirts/onesies for the kids

Looking forward to:  Having a baby and not having all this pain

Exercise:  I only do back exercises. I did walk for about 30 minutes (slowly) while Miles biked one day.

Same this time: Clothes not fitting even though they fit less with Miles or maybe I just know to avoid those ones.  I don't like the anticipation of labor.  I took pics in a workout tank last time and this time! I made onesies for the first time (tie die) and with Ella I had painted more onesies this week.  This time and with Miles I had a higher weight earlier in the week than on weigh in day. Sleep is awful and was awful. I'm out of breath a lot. Turning over is a hardship.

Different from last time: I already had a baby last time at 39 weeks with Ella! My pain is a lot worse. It gets worse with every pregnancy

38 Weeks (March)

Saturday (today) was the first time I noticed my ankles being swollen. They weren't so swollen that I had to loosen my laces on my shoes or anything though.

I had my doctor appointment on Wednesday. Since they knew the baby was head down I didn't get any additional ultrasounds so I didn't get any additional baby weight stats like I got last time.  My blood pressure was 131/68 so they had to redo it. Then after relaxing it was 129/81. The cutoff for redoing BP is 130 so she said the second time was good.  My appointment was with the nurse practitioner because my doctor didn't have available appointments.  Next week is the same thing.  She checked if I was dilated.  She wasn't going to but I mentioned last time how my doctor said she would since I'd be at 37.5 weeks and usually they start checking at 38. She checked since I was already out fo my clothes. I'm like might as well since I had to take these pants and shoes off. I was 1.5 cm dilated and she said he definitely dropped.
So I can't find my normal lens and I spent 30 minutes trying to find it and then my old lenses. All the full body pictures were taken with my old 18-55 lens and they are foggy looking. I need to find my lens I always use. I took it off to put on a 50 mm lens at school and then it was in my bag and who knows what. I swapped lenses Wednesday and feel like it has to be here somewhere. I've checked a bunch of places but I need to better check the car to see if it rolled out of my bag.

This week I noticed I feel more mobile than last week. I mean don't get me wrong I still did almost nothing but moving from the couch to standing or the bed to standing was a little better.
various angles with my 50 mm lens
This week I had PT twice, a dentist appointment, and an OB appointment. I was pretty busy. I also went to preschool 3 times to take individual photos for the yearbook.

Poly likes to try to lie on my belly when I'm sleeping and I have to push her off. She tries to do it again and again. Then I have to get the afghan situated for her and coax her into that spot then pet her so she leaves my belly alone. At least it's only a couple minutes then I'm back to sleep but it's annoying.

I can only gain 1.2 more lbs if I want to have the same ending weight with all 3 pregnancies.
I didn't have good collages for comparison last time so this is what we have.

Size of baby: Celery Bunch, 19.6 inches long from head to heel. My app on my phone says the baby weighs about 6.5-7 pounds.  The baby gains a half a lb a week.

Total Weight Gain/Loss: 40.7 lb gain overall. I gained 3.2 lb  in the past week.

Maternity Clothes: I still haven't worn maternity pants or shorts yet. My workout pants are starting to ride down and get annoying because the belly is just so low and the "high waisted" workout pants just want more area for the clothing to be. I'm wearing the same few shirts since I know so many are too short.

Movement: There is a decent amount of movement but also times with no movement.  The butt will totally be on my right side then be on my left side a little later.

Sleep:  Sleep is pretty much awful.

What I miss: Running! lunch meat. Exercise. Being mobile.

Symptoms: My back gets sore. By night it can really hurt. I basically have ice on my back for 10 hours a day. I strap it on with my pregnancy band. I go to the bathroom a lot.  I am swollen.  I am so tired. It's quite difficult to go from lying to standing.

Best moment this week: getting the nursery ready. It's basically there but I have to plug in the sound machine.

Looking forward to:  picking a baby name!

Exercise:  I'm not exercising really but am doing back exercises at least 5 days a week.

Same this time: With Miles I got checked for dilation at 37.5 weeks versus waiting for 38 week appointment too.  I miss the same stuff. I have the same symptoms.  I'm always gaining over the recommended 1 lb a week.`
Different from last time: Last time Ella helped me take pictures so I ended up with a lot. This time Miles helped me take pictures and I had to keep begging him to take more in a different pose.
I have crazy crazy dreams this time and I had them with Ella.  I didn't paint any onesies this time and I did with both Ella and Miles.  Apparently I'm ahead of the game with having the nursery ready. Last time I still had to hang the curtains. With Ella I got it mostly ready this week but wasn't done cleaning out non-baby things from the room.  I can feel the butt well so I think he's not posterior. Miles was posterior and head down. While Ella was butt down and I could feel her head.

37 Weeks (March)

I attempted to find baby clothes. I couldn't find newborn and 0-3 months so went through a ton of boxes and made a huge mess. I pulled up old monthly updates to see what size Miles wore when I had to start using free and clear detergent. 9 Months. So everything smaller than that I have to wash again. I did a load of laundry on Sunday that was mostly 6 month size but a few newborn, 0-3 mo, and 3 month things. I need to really find the rest of the clothes.  Ella helped fold them.  I put them in the drawers.  Last time I washed some clothes in 36 weeks so I'm a little behind.
In addition to just comparing pictures of 37 weeks with all 3 pregnancies I added numbers for weight gain and actual weight.   I notice with the pictures I'm not as low this time as the past 2 times. I also can't believe my weight gain is the lowest considering this is the first time my doctor even ever brought up weight gain and now she gives me a hard time about it.
I took 1 picture at 3 other angles. Well since I only took 1 picture, I had to use the one with my face being ridiculous. The black top is too slimming and you can't tell anything.

I feel like the baby moves from lower right to lower left side pretty often. I can see so much movement and it's not just like a kick or punch but the baby fully changes positions.  And now my left leg goes numb instead of my right leg.
I washed some baby clothes and I found a few more small baby clothes but I still need more things younger than 6 months. I kill my back when I look.  I still have to raise the crib mattress up. I washed the green sheet so I can swap out the purple one but haven't done that yet. I got out the ottoman for the glider.  I have a bunch of size 1 diapers. I didn't even buy newborn diapers.  I found some oneises more personalized for Miles with his initial or his name. I asked Miles if the new baby can wear the M onesie. He said, "yea. It can be M for Baby."

I made a baby pool. I kept thinking about it but then I actually did it. Everyone should fill it out!
I created a baby pool for Miles and 35 people filled it out. I had a pool for Ella and 24 people filled that one out.

I feel like 3rd baby I'm so chill I don't even spend the time thinking about what all I have to do to get ready. A few outfits and diapers and that's it right?!

I still find it odd to not wearing my wedding rings. I know after having both Ella and Miles I didn't wear them for a good while after so I guess I get used to it.

I updated my weight gain and weight graphs comparing all 3 pregnancies. Oh man the legend above is worded so weird for Miles. I'll have to fix that.

I got my maternity photos back last week and did 2 posts with some of the pictures. It did take me until this week to actually look at them. That's how miserable I was feeling.

I had 2 PT appointments this week and 1 OB appointment. Next week I have 2 PT appointments, 1 OB, and 1 dentist appointment.

My back is so bad that I decided to try to wear my maternity belt (a little loose) and have it hold in an ice pack. I shopped in 2 stores with it like that. It was pretty nice. I mean I was still miserable but not super miserable.

Size of baby: Leek, 19.1 inches long from head to heel. My app on my phone says the baby weighs about 6.5 pounds.  The baby gains a half a lb a week.

Total Weight Gain/Loss: 37.5 lb gain overall. I gained 2.3 in the past week.  People keep telling me I'm all belly but they are wrong since a month ago I took my measurements and my hips were 5.5 inches bigger than they were 8 months ago!

Movement: There are periods of no movement and periods of a lot.

Sleep:  It's pretty awful. I have trouble sleeping. I have trouble turning over in the night. Poly wakes me up and gets annoyed with me that she's started hitting me to get me to wake up and turn the way she wants me to turn.  I wake up a few times to pee a night.  I tend to fall asleep on my back on ice. But then I stay there too long and end up with numb legs then have issues getting back to sleep when I turn to my side. All week I've had coughing fits.

What I miss: I miss running and exercising. I miss being able to just hold Ella and Miles normally. I miss crossing my legs!  I'm in so much pain and yet I still want to go run. I think I'm a little insane.

Symptoms: My back is sore. It's more than just sure and it's excruciating pain by night. I sleep horribly from it. I have trouble sleeping in general too because I was sick all week. I go to the bathroom a lot. I'm tired.

Best moment this week: Quick park play date on Monday where we hid gold coins.

Looking forward to: Not being pregnant anymore. Not having back pain anymore.

Exercise:  I'm not exercising besides back exercises.

Same this time: My back is sore. I don't feel like getting up and down off the ground. I missed holding Ella last time and I miss holding both kids now.  People keep telling me I'm all belly and telling me how good it is I gained it all there but I took measurements and that is not the case! I created a baby pool this week with Miles and this week this time. I am not sure what week I created it with Ella.

Different from last time: I read books on pregnancy when pregnant with Ella. Then last time and this time I think maybe I should to refresh my memory but then I don't.  I'm not really getting lightheaded anymore and I was with Miles and Ella. (or maybe i was just so bad off a few weeks ago that now I don't think of it. Also i'm lying down A LOT to ice so I'm doing so much less.)  I was more nervous about the c-section recovery than c-section with Ella. I believe I was more nervous about labor with Miles. Now I'm just thinking about the recovery (VBAC)

36 Weeks (March)

I'm sick of this sciatica pain. I'm sick of being sick. I'm sick of a numb leg while I have no voice.

I called on Monday to make a PT appointment. Luckily I didn't have to wait long for an appointment.

I had a busy week. I went to the OB on Wednesday morning. I saw the NP. I got the Group B strep test (and learned on Friday that it came out negative).  Wednesday afternoon I went to my first PT appointment. Then that evening I was in my worst pain ever and couldn't move. I iced my back for 4 hours.
Thursday I had a pre-natal massage. (My first one ever.)

I was sick all week.  I feel like I was awful then got a little better than worse again.  I hosted a party here Thursday so didn't tell everyone how miserable I was all week. I couldn't sleep. It's a mix of back pain and sore throat.

I'll be so tired and think there's no reason. But then I realize it's because I barely slept. Like last night for instance I was up from 1-3 with  Miles  and that caused me to stay up until 4:30. I couldn't fall back to sleep. Then I was up at 7:10 for the day.  No wonder I was so tired by 4 pm.

On Friday, I tried to go to urgent care but the wait was 90 minutes so I decided to go home. I went before they opened today and was 9th in line. I got called back after about 40 minutes.  I got a strep test. The rapid test came back negative. She sent the culture away to test too.  She wrote me a prescription for amoxicillin she said I could pick up or wait until the other test comes back. I don't really understand it because she seemed to think it wasn't strep and said why and then the rapid test came back negative. So I'm not sure why it'd help. But my throat is so bad it sucks. Hot tea doesn't even help.

The swing parts are handy so that will probably be put together too. I'm trying to think where I want to put the swing. I put it in the living room with Miles.

I was sick and miserable. I actually didn't take my picture when I first woke up. I weighed myself in clothes, went to urgent care, got donuts, and then took my weekly photo. I didn't put on makeup even though I have been. I didn't wear make-up early on but I notice I wear it more now the more big and blah I feel.
Size of baby: Coconut, 18.7 inches long from head to heel. My app on my phone says the baby weighs about 6 pounds.

Total Weight Gain/Loss:  35.2 lb gain overall. I lost 1.2 lb in the past week. I'm pretty shocked at this weight. I mean my throat hurt all week to swallow but still I'm surprised I lost weight.  Also I weighed myself in some clothes. (I didn't finish this post promptly and by Monday I was back up that 1.2 lbs I lost)

Maternity Clothes:  Same as it's been. I did buy another pair of bigger workout pants just because I know after birth I'll need some too and I had a shortage after having Miles.

Movement: There is a lot. I've noticed this week that I feel movement more all over instead of just lower part of belly.

Sleep:  My sleep is crap. I wake up a few times to pee or wake up a few times from back pain and pee while I'm already awake. My sore throat has woken me up a few times a night too. I have coughing fits.  Miles has woken me up a couple times.  To help with back pain I lie down on my back with ice on my back for awhile. Like sometimes up to 3 hours. Then I lie on my side.

What I miss: Running...  Exercising in general. Being able to go a decent amount of time without going to the bathroom.

Symptoms: My low back hurts a little but that's so mild compared to the sciatica pain. My plantar fasciitis is very bad.  The sciatica pain is on the left side for a few days then on the right side because of how the baby moves. I am getting lightheaded randomly sometimes.

Best moment this week: Pulling out the boxes of baby clothes so I'm one step closer to being ready.

Looking forward to: actually having this baby. (Not the birth process but like having a baby to hold.)

Exercise:  Back exercises. Cleaning (a lot).

Same this time: I wear the same clothes.  My sleep was such crap with Miles too. I always miss exercising and going a decent amount of time between going to the bathroom.  Looking forward to actually having a baby.

Different from last time: The pregnancy this time is more similar to Miles's but different than Ella's. I was doing exercises to try to get her to flip from being breech.

35 Weeks (March)

I have such awful back pain and now leg numbness. I was so slow writing this post that I did a separate post just like I did last time. It's misery.  My app says 70.6% of women in week 35 experience back pain.
On Sunday, we had maternity photos taken. It was a bit touch and go because of the rain. I'm glad we got it done. A couple pictures were actually taken in the rain. Amy was even willing to take more but my back just couldn't handle anymore.  These 2 pictures are sneak peak pictures.

The black is too slimming to get a full comparison.
2 from each pregnancy.  I seem more rounder this time.
2 from Ella, 3 from Miles so I figured 4 from this pregnancy. Ha.
Various angles. I only took 1 pic of each angle so then I couldn't not use the awful facial expression ones.
Google made this
Thursday around 4 PM I noticed my throat started hurting. My sleep Thursday night was purely awful. My throat and back hurt so bad I was ready to die. Friday I felt a little better but over did it.

People keep telling me 5 more weeks and how close it is. I just think how long that is. All this pain is crazy. It is so hard to function and do anything.   I guess at least I'm not lightheaded much anymore unless I'm standing still for awhile in line.

It still feels super odd not to be wearing my wedding rings even though I didn't wear them again until Miles was over a year old.

I notice I'm wearing make-up more now even when my clothes are crap. My face is so round now. I guess I wear more make-up now to try to look a little nicer since I miss my slim face.

Size of baby: Honeydew, 18.2 inches long from head to heel. My app on my phone says the baby weighs about 5.5 pounds.

Total Weight Gain/Loss:  36.4. lb gain overall. I gained 3.6 in the past week.

Maternity Clothes:  Same as always

Movement: There is plenty of movement but at least I can use it to my advantage to get him off my nerve.

Sleep:  It has been pretty bad. Sciatica pain for a few days made it really hurt to try to sleep and get up to pee in the night. Then Poly disrupts my sleep. Ella doesn't like to sleep. And carnival planning had me up until 2 2 nights in a row and up early.

What I miss: Running, exercise, being pain free, being able to function like a normal human

Symptoms: Sciatica pain, groin pain, low back pain, shortness of breath sometimes, exhaustion

Best moment this week: maternity photos

Looking forward to: baby sprinkle

Exercise:  I have such bad back pain I do nothing and barely walk. I do back exercises a few times a week.

Same this time: I gained 36.5 by this point with Miles and 36.4 so far this time. (31.5 lb with Ella)  Sleep was crap with Miles too. (But sleep was alright with Ella.)  Things in general are similar to Miles's pregnancy and different than Ella's. Symptoms are similar and what I miss.  With all 3 I do get lightheaded while standing and it sucks. I also missed exercising with all 3.

Different from last time: My doctor told me this time not to gain too much weight yet never mentioned weight the past 2 times. (she mentioned it a week ago but still). I have had to have my wedding rings off for a few weeks this time and last time I took them off just at week 35.

34 Weeks (March)

I need to do a baby poll and see what people think for birth date, weight, hair color, eye color, and whatever else is on those things. I've been thinking about this and then I read last time that I said the same thing.
Wow I can't believe how much rounder and not low my belly is this time.
I run monthly challenge groups and tell them to take pictures. So I took some. If I take some this pregnant then they better take some.

Dave felt the baby moving for the first time.

I had 2 appointments this week. The first appointment was a special 32 week ultrasound (but was late because they were booked). They were worried about small birth size based on a low placenta protein level. I wasn't worried!  They took measurements and overall say he's 79th percentile. The huge number is head width. The technician took it like 30x and would jump back to the other screen writing down a smaller number if she managed to get one. She'd try from various angles. That percentile was >97.7 and that's the highest percentile they list. It was just interesting to watch her keep trying to retake the measurements.

EFW (lb) 5 lb
EFW (oz) 8 oz

My 2nd appointment was a regular appointment. She was going to do an ultrasound but she didn't need to since I had the ultrasound already that showed the baby position. We talked about my bad back pain. She told me I shouldn't vacuum, sweep, change sheets, or bend to pick things up. She might have said something else.  It sure make sit hard to clean up the mess of a house not doing those things but then not doing those things really does help not trigger the crazy sciatica pain. Some days my back is better than others but mostly pretty awful. I can't stand the messy house so then I do things that are bad for it.   I have given the pregnancy band another try. The doctor said I should. I don't do as much as before. I also take it off before sitting.

Size of baby: Cantaloupe, 17.7 inches long from head to heel. My app on my phone says the baby weighs about 5 pounds.  The app always spelled cantaloupe wrong so now I don't like it as much. At the ultrasound this week the baby measured 5 lb 6 oz but then there's a high + or - after that since they say they aren't that accurate. I hope he's smaller!

Total Weight Gain/Loss:  32.8 lb gain overall. I gained 1.6 lb in the past week.

Maternity Clothes:  maternity tops, maternity shorts. Athletic pants, yoga pants, carpis are all non maternity. Tops are too dang short.  My hoodie won't zip now but I still wear it. The maternity hoodie I have doesn't have pockets.

Gender: Boy

Movement: There is a lot more movement and now seeing my belly move is a lot more visible.  It's different to feel butt and not head like I felt with Ella.

Sleep:  I wish Miles slept more. It'd sure help me. I wake up a few times to pee. The cat wakes me up. Sometimes Ella wakes me up. Miles and Ella stay up too late. Miles wakes up in the night sometimes. Miles wakes up far too early thinking it's morning. I have issues falling back to sleep when I am woken up for some reason.

What I miss: Running. Everything else that I miss is so much lower that it's not even worth mentioning. I want to RUN! I keep seeing people out running. I even see them run in the rain and I'm jealous.

Cravings: Nothing

Aversions: Nothing

Symptoms: My back hurts pretty often. Sometimes things trigger sciatica pain and then that sucks the rest of the day. My legs are cramping up at night and it sucks.

Best moment this week: I don't know. I was so exhausted and in so much pain. Miles not napping and staying up really late doesn't help.

Looking forward to:  Getting Miles transitioned to the bunk beds so the room is ready for a baby. Figuring out a name!

Exercise:  I didn't exercise at all. I'm a mess.

Same this time: All times I complain about shirts being too short. Dave has sciatica pain 2 of 3 times. My back hurting is common. I didn't have sciatica pain the first time though.  I'm to the point of sleeping in the t-shirt my brother gave me when I was pregnant with Ella. It's the only one that fits anymore. Apparently standing gets me lightheaded all the time.

Different from last time: I can't seem to come up with differences besides with each pregnancy I'm less prepared buying stuff but I already own stuff I just don't have things out. Oh I did have to have a special ultrasound this time. My belly definitely seems way rounder this time.
