colleen means girl. westinghouse must have typoed when they sent out all my information. i got most of the stuff to be fixed but pharmacare is still wrong.
crap i forgot to call yesterday to get that taken care of. even though it won't be taken care of. i don't want to waste my minutes on such things and being on hold to get them to figure out how to switch from a male ot a female in their records.
