i'm wearing a belt today. The jeans I always wear dont have belt loops or the beltloops are too small. so today i just wore a different pair of jeans.

i got 2 hair cuts in the shower a few minutes ago. not where my hair was cut but where i got a cut like a paper cut but from my hair. they hurt.

somethings are boring after a long time. i'm tired now. dave wants to borrow a usb floppy drive but i don't know anyone with one. he needs it to fix my computer. floppy drives won't work to be plugged in like a normal desktop.
things and people change and sometimes i just can't take it.

ok i got an e-mail from my litec partner and she decided not to drop. how frustrating and stressful.

still too hot so i turned off the heater

then i took off my long sleeve shirt leaving only my white shirt. well now i'm too cold.

it's too hot by the heater so i covered it back up

one class today so you would think it would be a good day. i ate half of a half of a bagel for lunch (breakfast). it was hard. i ate the rest of it after class though. so i guess at least i had something. it's too cold outside. it's also too windy. i dont want to go to stackwyck for dinner because i dont want to have to wait for the shuttle on the way back down. i dont know what we would cook anyway. my partner for litec dropped the class. so now it's even tougher for me to find someone. i think there are an odd number of kids in our class unless some people didnt' show up. today most of what we went over i didn't know. we did a practice quiz for our real quiz next class. well on this practice is where we started going over new stuff. i think it will be easy but who knows. i got back from class after walking in the freezing cold. then i shocked dave. then i went to fix the hub since it was falling off the computer tower and got shocked. then the network cable was unplugged so i went to fix that and got shocked on my hand that it still burned minutes later. i've been sittin on my bed eversince. i got back from class around 4:15.
to top it off i'm hungry.

my room is cold so i uncovered a few inches of the heater and turned it on

o how i love my classes

my litec partner is going to drop it. so i need to find a new partner but everyone already has partners. or maybe some kid that nobody will work with doenst have a partner. but there is usually a reason nobody with work with him/her.

-7 is too cold so a windchill of -23 is also too cold
dave decided he didn't need to take any books or pencils or anything to his class today

my guess is that dave's scarf is about 1/8 of the way done

it's sooo cold. it's icy. missing 2 shuttles isn't fun. waiting in the cold makes me run in place.
dynamics is horrible and boring.
i wish i had a car.
i fell walking back from the union after the shuttle. the fresh snow covers the ice.

i added 6 new albums to my site. maybe i will stop and add more later. if i add too many now people won't look at them all.

day 2

the second day of classes was rough. had writing to the world wide web at 10am. it's more like a journalism class than a web class it seems. it's nothing like the other classes. her required books are different than other sections. but so far for the class i made this. next was thermal and fluids 1. it was very very very hard to stay awake. the class is being taped for some class next semester. he talks to the camera and doesnt really pay attention to us. he's a horrible professor. i wanted to swith to a different class but they are all closed. we got out a little early so we got to have a lunch today. we wont always get out early though. actually very rarely we will. then we went to dynamics. we weren't as early as we wanted to be. there werent many spots left at all. we did get to sit beside each other. but it's in the way front at a table that faces a different way than the other tables. after we sat down there were only like 4 seats left in the room. we did not get out early for this class. actually he was in the middle of teaching something and just quit because time was up. we have about 4 homework problems assigned each class. they are due 2 classes later. when i got back i picked up my room a little but not enough for it to be clean in any way. tonight was my last dinner at the commons before i change my meal plan where i no longer get dinners included. i had 2 baked potatoes and a little brocoli and then some french fries. i need to come up with meals to cook. i can't think of any good ones. i can't think of any at all.

the weather forecast changed. now the high tomorrow is going to be warmer than they said. it will be 7. now it is 13 but the windchill is -3. i guess maybe i should get out my winter coat sometime.

i have dynamics homework but i didn't get a book yet. we have books ordered but most haven't arrived. i already did my litec homework. i have reading to do for classes too. i think i might actually have to do my thermal reading because the professor is so bad.

i still have to drop econ. i guess i will log on to that now and take care of it.

today

this is definitely a record for my laptop being off. i haven't turned it on since i shut it down friday night before i came to school. there are a few downfalls. i dont have my money file or my weight chart on this computer yet. also i want to add pictures to my website but they are all on my laptop.

well today was the first day of classes and i only had one so far. it was econ. it was originally in nason classroom now it's all they way in lowe 4034. and i'm dropping it. now i'm down to 16 credits. i guess that is better anyway. i might add another class.

today pb's boxes came of the stuff he shipped from home. one 34 lb box and one 32 lb box. he also got his jcpenney order. i went to pick up one while he was buying a thermal book. the lady gave me the heavy one and the jcpenny order. it was really fun trying to open the doors carrying. then i found dave and he carried the last one. but i helped with that one too. my arms are still weak from my heavy bag traveling on saturday. i need some of my muscle back. now the common room is a mess with everythign from the boxes. most of it goes to his place.

i have embedded control at 2 today. i don't know who will be in my class or who will be my partner. i hope to get there early so someone will have to sit with me instead of the other way around. i wish i was smart with this class so that i didn't have to worry about getting a smart partner.

tonight we are going to troy pub for dinner.

i still have to change my meal plan sometime this week.

we just made chocolate covered pretzels. well mostly pb. we made about 42. i counted but forget the exact number.

my mom tried to tell my my room needs to be spotless before i go back to school. everything has to be put away. and she doesnt want my picture frames up. she says they don't need to be up collecting dust when i'm not there to look at them. mike's room isn't spotless. she said she will throw things away that are up.

and to top it off i forgot to weigh myself this morning

i just spent 20 minutes hunting for my yarn that i had at 8pm tonight. i wasn't home from 9-1. i looked everywhere for it.

we're off to pizza palace for lunch. we hope to find it nice and easy

so i learned that a get together over break between friends is the evening that i leave to go to school. can't have everything i guess.

we've done like absolutely nothing today and i loved it. we sort of packed and organized and stuff but not really. usually i think i wouldn't have liked today but todya i think back and realize i like it
