the other night i was trying ot get my leg out from under the covers when i was sleeping. well doing that made my knee hurt. now my knee still hurts. it's my bad knee that hurt for a few months before.
that's kind of like the time i threw my back out (bad), while bending over the sink to brush my teeth.
(i think it really just kept happening after i hurt myself picking up a palm tree to show the manly men at the botanical garden that i was strong. it took everything i had to not show that i was in pain in the face of that injury. i kept throwing my back out doing the stupidest stuff after that.)
