worked out at the gym for an hour and 45 min today
did 10 min elliptical. then the trainer showed me stuff
then i did 5 min treadmill (just got cleared to do that)
then i did a bunch of weights
then i did 15 min elliptical.
i was so dead in the arms after.
i didnt' even do 3 sets like i wanted to.
