Sometimes I will overlay different stats from Garmin. This interval workout was probably my favorite with pace and heart rate. Up and down and repeat. The cool down my heart rate is always pretty high. This run was August 12. (For those keeping track that is less than 2 months after having my first surgery.)
The run had 5 repeats at 1 minute for a goal of 9:42-10:02 and then 4 1 minute repeats at 8:57-9:17 pace.
