my thighs are sore. i never remember this one. i just walked, jogged, repeat , then walked 10 min. total 30 min . 2.15 miles. 197 calories. that isnt' that much distance. i did 2 miles walking in 30 min before but my face is sure red and my foot sure hurts. the whole purpose of this exercise is to aggrivate my foot since i'm going to the doctors tomorrow. and boy did i aggrivate it . it hurts so bad.
now it's time to hop in the shower.
