today we tried to go to the waterfront. dave checked online and it said the parkway was open. it said only ramps were closed. well they were wrong. then they had detours labeled but apparenlty that was before and didn't account for teh parkway detour and then they quit labeling them. and so we messed up and there were no street signs. then it became the ghetto. then there was a gas station and there was a hooker at each pump. it was REALLY weird.
luckily we weren't shot and we made our way back and then went to the waterfront the back way. but then we got there and the movie sold out AS we were in line.
