excerise
yesterday i ran for 12 minutes
6.2 mph for roughly 6 and a half minutes
then 5.5 mph for 3.5 min
then for 2 min 5.7mph
i typed my running yesterday but apparently didnt' post it
today i only ran 5 min warmup then i lifted for 2 hours.
