i took progress pictures (but don't post them)
i showed them to dave. he said my ribs make it look like i have a 6 pack.
stupid poking out ribs are so annoying.
i took measurements and when i flex my bicep my measurement 10.75 instead of 10 in resting. but i did the measuring myself with my other arm so i'm not sure how exact that is.
the progress pictures actually make me feel less like i'm making progress.
