i have 2 canvas bags and 3 small boxes to go through of papers and junk that i accumulated.

i remember when i would try to use the treadmill there my knee couldn't handle more than a min or 2 of running so i tried breaking it up to get more cardio in. and i think on the "walking" i would read a book.
