I start Core De Force next week. But this week I still wanted to workout. I did Dynamic Strength. I loved it. It was a great workout. Granted I did it without Ella or Miles around so that probably contributed to it. There were a lot of push-ups. I had to modify the narrow/tricep push-ups but I will improve. The Sphinx Blasters were insane and I could not do them. My knee didn't hurt at all during but it did become sore after.
