Instead of just documenting my time at races, I have started to look at my Garmin to see other 5k splits.
I love my Garmin because you can click on player and then find out your time at a specific distance. (Now sometimes the time is only given at 3.09 and 3.11 or something like that so I did some averaging.) But today I went back and got about 15 of these. I ran more than 3.1 miles a few other times but those were days I forgot my Garmin and used other methods of tracking my time/distance and thus I can't mark those down.
I'm not sure how to interpret the data above. I'll just keep it for now and notice trends later. You can kind of tell when I got injured and how I was slower after it.
