I telecommuted so I didn't have to get dressed. I went for a
run after work at the track with Dave. Then I went to Body Pump after that. My run was distance was limited so I could make it to Body Pump on time and I was actually a little late. I watched some TV after all that. Not an eventful day but a good workout day.
