02:37:53 PM - @angelineevans well that is probably half the problem. You need to run slower to be able to read while running.
02:38:42 PM - @angelineevans to get to your goal, set the treadmill to 6.0 mph then when you can't do anymore slow or walk. Everyday you will go further.
04:29:27 PM - @angelineevans you could also run the first 5 minutes without reading and do it faster then go to reading.
07:32:06 PM - We are supposed to be boarding but the flight crew just got on & they mentioned still having to do safety checks first. Will we leave ontime
