5.2.18 Roadtrip Day 2

For some reason all of the DSLR pictures have a time stamp 3 hours off from google photos even though the time is correct on the camera. I'm trying to put them in the right spots but it's hard so some pictures may be out of order.
I woke up to Miles not in his pack n play!  He climbed out and slept on the couch!

I went to the gym for 10 minutes.

I went to breakfast but was late. Barely got food and they closed (9:35 when I went to get more. They closed at 9:30)

Visited Jen

We got the tour of her house. It’s under construction upstairs. We spent time coloring, using the swingset, looking at the fish, and having snack. Then we left.  She was supposed to be working in Cranberry that day but when she heard we were going to Erie she changed her schedule and was working from home when we visited.

We had Chick-fil-A in the car.
Ella ate fruit, chicken, fries, my chicken sandwich, some apple juice. Miles begged for apple juice so I tried to give him some and he took it and kept knocking my hand away. I couldn’t reach it. He drank it all and then said  “drank it all” and gave it back.

12:27 We entered NY.

1:25 At the rest stop and notice Miles asleep

Ella fell asleep.

2:01 supercharger
Dave’s door blew open and hit Tesla next to him with a guy in it. He was not happy. The door was already open but the wind blew it further. Dave was just plugging in the car. It happened quickly.

At Niagara Falls, the kids loved looking at the falls. Miles would say “Waterfall” and point. He’d even point it out to strangers you know in case they hadn’t seen it.  We did the walk behind the falls. We also did another presentation where you got a little wet. Ella was a little afraid. We were considering staying overnight but decided we saw enough and we didn’t need to see it again.

Ella lost her sunglasses. I headed back to try to find them but couldn’t. So her new sunglasses lasted not even a few hours.

Ella kept walking around talking about her wedding.

6:30 left Niagara Falls
Almost went to Smoke’s Poutinerie but city seemed sketchy so headed to super charger
7:24 supercharger
Tim Horton’s instead

Mile loved soup but was so hot. Then he drank broth but then spilled a lot of it and became soaked. (French onion and chicken noodle) Miles liked both but shared mine more.

8:30 at supercharger.  So many bugs got in the car. Dave booking hotel so sitting at the super charger extra.
8:37 Me: Miles are you tired?
Miles: Nope
9:08 hotel (neither kid fell asleep)
Late for both kids at hotel

10:41 PM sleep for Miles and Ella after.

This took forever to finish because when I'd try to add pictures, I'd get an error and had to add a couple at a time and take breaks or it might give me errors.

Workouts 10.1.18-10.6.18

I have been working out 4 or so days a week for the past few months. Some days I run 4 times so then I try to rest up the next day.  Anyway, I haven't been sharing so much here so I decided to compile a video with my workouts for the week. (Well 6 days but tomorrow I'll just stretch.)

I did 4 workout videos, ran to and from 1 preschool, and ran to and from a slightly further preschool.

USA TV Series

A few years ago I discovered I liked all the shows on in the summer on USA.  It all started with In Plain Sight.  Then I discovered other shows were On Demand from USA so I could watch them.

I started watching Royal Pains on Demand. I started that series on Season 3. The only other series I started not on Season 1 was Life Unexpected. But later I did watch Season 1 with Life Unexpected. I never did with Royal Pains. I also haven't watched the most recent seasons of Royal Pains.

Since then I have watched White Collar, Burn Notice, Necessary Roughness, Psych, and Suits. They are all pretty great. Psych is a good show that doesn't make you want to watch a million episodes in a row. Each little story line ends with each episode.  White Collar and Burn Notice had me watching episodes back to back until I was out.

I started this post in 2012 and wrote all that then.  Since then I watched Monk on Netflix but that started on USA.  I also watched Graceland and Sirens. I liked those shows for different reasons. Graceland was so good I always wanted more. Sirens put me to sleep so I watched it before bed so I'd actually fall asleep.  Back in the day I watched Silk Stalkings on USA.

I don't make time for TV anymore unless you count all the Daniel Tiger I watch with Miles.  Most of the series above if they were still airing in 2012, I never finished the series. I think I'm on season 4 of Suits. I also watched Nikita and Raising Hope on Netflix back in 2012.

Have you ever noticed you really liked all of the TV shows on a network?  What are your favorite shows? Bonus points if they are on Netflix of Amazon Prime for me to watch.

1SE September 2018

Another month and another 1 second a day video.  I am surprised how many days I only had vertical videos. There was also one day where I had 0 videos.  Then some days I had 30 videos and had to pick and choose.  This is the first month I didn't do roll the dice where it randomly pics the 1 second clip and then I edit it as I want.
