weight: 120 at 10:25AM (ish) but I did not check my weight a second time to find out if the scale was off. usually i weigh myself once it says something other than 121.5 so then i get on it again and it says 121.5
breakfast: honey bun 11:30AM (while at work)
lunch: 2 hot dogs on buns with ketchup, 3 dunkin sticks, milk 4:00PM
nap from 5 until dinner
dinner: french fries (lots of them) and juice 8:00PM
update: snack: macaroni and cheese meal thingy frozen dinner. it was a lean one with 300 calories and 5 grams of fat and then chip n dip (1:30AM)
why do you keep posting what you eat? you're crazy.

5'4" I want to weigh 115
ReplyDeletei think that is too skinny still. i'm not sure. i think my friend weighed 115 and she was 5'6 and they wouldn't ok her ot run for a sport becuase that was too skinny. i dont 'know tho. i'm going to try to find this one site she showed me before about bone density and weight and height and see. i think something liek 117 would be a more fun goal.

this seems to contradict what i've said.. it's the same site as the first one oh i forget how old you were so i put in 20 i forgot if it was 19 or 20 i could check on your LJ settings i believe. i know it's september so i assume it was 1985 but i could be wrong. except your current weight fits in teh range. notice teh great range it has for the dr recomendation.

ReplyDeleteyou can't just look at one of those. but i want the bone density one i think. not body mass. i can't find the one that was there before. bone density is where things become a problem i think.
