bruise

i bruised my hand from cutting rubber w/ scissors. you know how when you use scissors for an extended period of time it hurts your thumb. well normally you stop. well i didnt' stop right away and bruised my hadn. it barely moves now. i still have one more stamp set to cut out too. if my camera wasn't downstairs i'd take a picture of it.

    i did that once when i was ten or eleven from cutting carpet for my clubhouse.

    i had to make a whole big-room-sized piece fit the small-room-sized clubhouse, and i did it all with some regular old household scissors. it took me like two hours to cut through it all. my mom asked me later, "why didn't you just ask to use the carpet-cutters?!" "THERE ARE CARPET-CUTTERS?!!"

    the clubhouse is no more, now.
