i did body pump today
2nd time this week.
3rd time ever
i upped the lunge track. forgetting that last time my legs were shaking by the end.
then i realized it was that track that made me lightheaded not the one after. but i handled myself and shook off the blacking out. i did the next track with 1kg in each hand instead of 2.5 like they said. (that's 2.2 lbs instead of 5 lbs. man makes it seem like it should be easier)
my knee didn't hurt on the squat track. it was just very hard to do.
