I made January goals. Some of which contribute to my success in my 2021 goals. I met every goal! Push-ups were tough. I had 125 to do in the last 4 days. Push-ups are rough since my shoulder bothers me so much. It should be getting better but it's not so good. I make a dashboard of how I do each month compared to my goals. The goals get adjusted based on injures and number of days in the month.
