5/16/20 instastories

I went for a run pushing Liam in the stroller. I couldn't find my visor so ran in a hat. Liam loves to play outside.  I did some crafting with Ella. We didn't finish. We went for a walk. The triple was so hard to push.

2020 Week 9/52 photo

Miles woke up saying we had to go get donuts and he'd buy with the money in his piggy back. He was so cute about it. I even asked if he was buying donuts just for him or the entire family. He said the entire family.  This is also the day of the quote mentioned in my Kids Say... post.  To add to his niceness, he didn't even eat any donuts. Later in the day he said how he knew I liked donuts so that's why he wanted to buy them.

He didn't actually pay for them because a dozen donuts are expensive but he did tip the lady with coins from his piggy bank.

These pictures don't do the story justice but I always want to remember this. He was so nice.

5/15/20

I went for a run with the double stroller while Ella biked. We all went for a walk.

Liam 12 month collage

I take the same few poses every month. It's so hard to get a good collage. I have to filter through the pictures to figure out the best then figure out a good layout. So Liam is 13 months old and I've managed 1 collage to compare all 12 months. Here you go! More like here it is for me to look at in years to come. And it appears I should have fixed how 2 of them cropped the photo but I didn't.

Edit to Add:

Well that didn't last long. I handled it all of 10 minutes before I realized I had a redo of the blurry 10 month one so I fixed it and the cropping.

5/19/20 instastories

Liam was up early. I tried to take pictures of what we did. Yet another day Liam napped on me.  Miles likes to be held at the same time as Liam.  Liam sure made a mess eating peanut butter.  We spent a lot of time cleaning out Ella's and Miles's room and rearranging it. We did not finish but got the beds situated.

2020 Week 7/52 photo

I already wrote about Madison. But here is Miles again with her. Miles looks so big. I think she turned 2 in November so he's a full year older than her. When he's not there on Tuesdays, I hear she asks for him. When she's not there, he asks about her.

5/18/20 instastories

I took a video of the messy kitchen with the hopes of cleaning it and I didn't clean it at all! Hopefully in another day, I get it clean.  I got a great run in. It was long. Then I biked. I haven't worked out that much in so long. Then I biked again.

4/23/20 instastories

I went to the grocery store for the first time in a month. Liam climbs on the table so then Miles climbs on the table. Liam loves it outside.  Miles helped make Home Chef dinner. After I posted those stories on instagram, Home Chef contacted me asking if they could use the them as part of their marketing and promotional efforts.

5/7/20 instastories

Well, instagram stopped saving my collection of stories. I tried to put this together based on my stories. I recorded my screen playing my stories to make sure I got them.  It took far too long to do.

Miles and I had so much fun on our walk. Liam was there and he had fun too. It's amazing how much easier it is with 2 instead of 3 when you are trying to go out. This was a very good day. I feel like I don't have many of them. It helped that we got ahead in school so we didn't have to force ourselves to do a lot.

2020 Week 14/52 photo

For distance learning, Ella had to read a book and write a few sentences about it. I mean normally the parent reads a library book and the child writes about it. This time Ella chose an easier to read book and she read it. Well she read most of it then I finished it off.  Liam and Miles enjoyed the story too.

I tried to get into more pictures since I'm doing my own version of the #itsmomchallenge I did last year. (I never did finish all the posts with all the pictures I did last year but I did post the first 2 weeks.

I'm not doing more stuff, I'm just capturing it.

Miles was in the car and asked me if Happy Hollow was open. I said probably but we can’t go.

So he says “ok google is Happy Hollow open today?”. But that doesn’t work in our car. Hahaha. It just some rooms of the house.

Reading opposites book. Had Miles guessing. He had trouble with hot and cold

Then when we gave him cold he says

I read a story to the kids. A character was named Liam. 

Then Liam saves the day.

Miles yells “Liam can’t be a hero.”

The book didn't use the word hero but Miles associated what he did with a hero.

It was a shopping basket they found and think I didn’t see.

I ask him why. I open the door and see he's eating in there.

Ella just flipped out screaming “All right I’ve had enough. Liam quit screaming, Miles quit talking to mommy, and Mommy quit responding to Miles”. (Dave does this. Yells to quit screaming)

Then said “stop screaming or I’m going to kill you” --- I have said ‘i’m going to kill you" to her. Oops

Ella stays up too late and then won't wake up. It's a lot of effort to get her out of bed.

Kids Say ... (January and February 2020)

Every day I ask Miles his favorite and least favorite parts of school that day. Today he told me he didn’t have any favorite parts so then I asked him his least favorite part and he said that it was when he saw me and I came and picked him up—so he didn’t want to leave.

I didn't believe it at first.

Sure enough there was not enough water. He says how I didn't believe him. I swear I measured. I don't know what happened.

“You were wrong. I was right. You should remember to listen to others when you are wrong. And you should remember people's names too”

Good story. Miles asked me what happened to his ball bath bomb. I said something like it disappeared and went down the drain or was in the water I forget my wording. It wasn’t very good. Miles said "it dissolved"

Dancing 2.1.20

Ella always likes to play with Liam and get him to do what she wants. She's not always successful. Here he is standing holding her hands. I think they were about to dance or something when I took the photo. The gymnastics mat was down and Ella and Miles were putting on a show for us.

I only ever asked Ella half the questions but now it's months later so I'll just post the half I did ask. I first interviewed her on January 11 and we didn't finish. Then I asked again on February 9.  She wasn't very cooperative.
