i also lifted weights yesterday for hte first time in forever.

    Sweet, are you keeping track of days you lift? I've been keeping that in my running log. Somehow I have lifted many more days than run...

    i kind of keep track but not all in the same place. i was going to make a website about it but nobody responded to my post saying they'd like to look at it.
