We had so much fun today that I didn't get my workout in until 9 PM. Ella was watching Netflix while I worked out.
Another late night workout.
Leg Day. 3 Sets of 10. Then a bonus round. I just got new 20 lb weights and feel like I need heavier. You need so many weights for this program.
I swapped cardio flow to Friday so I could have a shorter workout.
I didn't have my ball to modify inchworms so then I did less but just didn't want to do them at all. Also I didn't record most of it so I just kept wanting to take breaks or actually taking breaks. Recording is good motivation.
