After I got dressed, I realized my purple shoes could have worked with this outfit or my new pink shoes. It was too soon after wearing pink shoes to wear them again and I'm not sure why I didn't think about the purple ones. Perhaps wearing 3 bright colors that include pink and purple has occurred too much this week so I went with black. I also almost wore my pink belt but got too scared to do that.
I'm already stressing on wearing pink. My original inclination to not wear pink the entire month might have been right. I don't have a lot of pink. I also have a few new things that I wasn't going to wear with pink and now they are just chilling there not being worn.
After work, I went to Cardio Fusion at Steph's gym. It has a slightly different name at her gym but it is just like cardio fusion that used to be at Westinghouse. Kelly taught. It was my 2nd time ever at the class, but I never had Kelly teach it before. I thought it was really hard. I think it was harder than running 11 miles that I did a few days earlier. The class was 1 hour long. We worked each muscle group for a few minutes and switched to another one. After 20 minutes we repeated the muscle group circuits again but she switched up some of the moves. The last 15 minutes were saved for abs. Lunges were really hard on my knee. I'd go again. With all the running I've been doing or trying to do, I tend not to have time for other cardio workouts so I probably won't have time to go.
Is the Kelly you mean the one who used to do the gym here? If so, I always thought her classes were like 50 times harder than Aubrey's. Of course, I couldn't finish any of them.
ReplyDeleteHow did Poly get on the fridge?! HAHA!!
ReplyDeleteYes Kelly from the gym here. Some of Aubrey's classes were worse. I think Aubrey's body combat class was intense.
ReplyDeleteJulie,
ReplyDeleteThis time she got on the fridge because Dave was holding her and she started to walk up his shoulder to go onto the fridge. But there are plenty of times that she is up on top of the cupboard above the fridge. She jumps up on the counter then up on the fridge then up on the cabinet. She got down this time on her own.
That's too funny! We've got too much junk on top of our fridge for our cat to even attempt that one lol.
ReplyDeleteI don't even like magnets on our fridge. It feels cluttered. We have 2 or maybe 3 magnets now. 2 are Steelers schedules. I want to move them.
ReplyDeleteIt is funny I don't want my fridge cluttered but my desk upstairs is a total mess and that doesn't bother me as bad.
Clutter is my biggest pet peeve EVER. I have fantasies about selling all of my posessions and living in a tent. That's how much I hate clutter.
