05:47:21 PM - @lisafilipek that usually happens to me. But I have been waiting out my haircut the last 3 months. Still haven't thought it was my favorite
10:30:56 PM - 2 rest days in a row. And tomorrow won't be any better. And my working out went so well last week :(
11:21:46 PM - I just did a 6 minute core workout so I wouldn't think today was a total waste. At least I did something. If only I did weights or cardio.
