April 2016 Exercise

I actually started the month off not sick and then boom awful, horrible sickness.  I ran twice for 8.44 total miles then I did 1 bootcamp style workout.  Otherwise I just did squats from a 7-day squat challenge.  (I didn't run the challenge and did it on expert level so I ended with doing 160 squats on the last day.)   I only did the bootcamp style workout so I could watch TV at the same time and for 21 day fix workouts, I use the TV for the actual workout. I went on 2 walks. One was short then the other was pretty long to get Ella to fall asleep.
