I taught another bootcamp class today. I'm getting bigger and bigger. I need to modify for push-ups but then my belly hits the ground. I can't go down as far on squats because my belly and my legs smack into each other, but I make it all work!
Today we had a lower RSVP than normal so I was able to incorporate some band work too!
This was my 12th bootcamp. It may be my last. Last week I thought it'd be my last though.
I'm so impressed you can do this while pregnant.
