Well I finally updated my Garmin file... only 5 months late.
I sadly only ran 3 times the entire month for 9.63 miles. I did 2 Monday runs plus 1 run to google to get the car. I was sick a lot through the month so missed runs.
I participated in a 10 day push-up challenge and ran and participated in a 7 day plank challenge. I did Lower Fix, Upper fix, Total Body Cardio fix, a walk, Dirty 30, taught/did 2 bootcamps throughout the month too. Even with being sick I still pulled off doing the push-ups and the planks too so the month doesn't seem like as much of a loss as it could have been.
