Here's my goals so far.
For 2020, here are my exercise goals and how I'm doing:
- Run 100 miles (with a reach goal of 200 miles)
- January = 10.01 mi (8.33-16.66/ mo goal)
- February = 7.89
- March = 6.26
- April = 13.85
- May = 32.15 {69.12}
- June = 5.44 {74.56}
- Run 52 times (With a reach goal of 100 times)
- January = 9 runs (or 7 if to and from school count as 1) (4.3 - 8.33 x a month goal)
- February - 11 (these might have been broken up ones on the same days. I need to double check)
- March - 8
- April - 8
- May - 10
- June = 5 {51}
- Complete 2 Beachbody programs
- January - June = didn't start a program
- Exercise in some form 156 times (that's 3x/week) (Reach goal of 312)
- January = 20 (on app) (13 - 26 x month goal) This is probably higher since sometimes I forget to use the app.
- February
- March as of March 29 I completed 89 workouts
- April as of April 15 I had completed 107 workouts (then the app changed and I don't have a count. (107 workouts in 106 days) + 12 more workouts
- May - 29 workouts tracked on my own and I forget some) {148 workouts}
- June - 24? (hard to keep track might be more)
- Run 6 free challenge
- Ran 2 of them. February and March
- Run 3 month long challenge groups
- Ran 2 - February and March
I also set a push-up goal for May to do 10 push-ups a day but I forgot to start until May 11 but still wanted to do 300 push-ups and I made it. I then created some June goals. So now I have more than what is above. I might be ambitious because the top of my right foot is injured, my plantar fasciitis is back, and I rolled my left ankle and that still hurts. The injuries are how I can post this a day early.
I made new for July too.
