A Day's Worth of Twitter

11:10:01 AM - I have had to leave far too many voice mails today. I also had to call far too many people. And nobody has called me back yet!
07:41:25 PM - I just ran my fastest 5 mile split ever. By more than 2 minutes. :)
08:22:12 PM - Garmin Connect - Details: http://t.co/Sc8IGZef best 5 mile run details
10:51:57 PM - details on my run today. best yet (typed this while watching Biggest Loser so hope it makes sense) http://t.co/FJ1VLavY
11:52:06 PM - @mikecherepko I had toast for dinner. Butter toast, grape jelly toast x2, peanut butter toast. Wanted more but was lazy.
11:58:20 PM - @briecs I feel proud because I know what you are talking about. Reddit taught me #ChuckTesta

5 Mile North Park - Best yet (9.20.11)

I met Kelly to run after work. Before we started, we decided not to run the big hill since Kelly's knee has been bothering her.  During our first mile, we decided we were going to beat our old best North Park time.  Kelly said that meant we were going to beat 45. I corrected her that we had to beat 44:45. Then she said we were going to beat 44:30.  This would be my fastest time ever including last year when I consistently ran  right around 45 minutes.

Jason told us about 1.5 miles into it that we were starting out too fast. Kelly wasn't having any of that and kept pushing me so that we wouldn't burn out and would be consistent.

We had one bad split of 2:12 and Kelly said to get those back down to 2:06. I thought she was nuts. Then our next split was 2:05 and I made sure to tell her that. The following split was 2:05.  Go us.

Going clockwise I feel like the grade on the back half of the lake is constant uphill. I prefer the other way. At least this time we didn't have to do the big hill. Not running up a big hill helped our time but usually running down the big hill improves our pace. It just feels so much easier not doing that huge hill at the end.  Not doing the big hill made the 2 smaller hills in the last mile seem a lot bigger though.

We beat our goal time by about 2 minutes. Our goal time was a personal best by 15 seconds.  I would like to mention that I'm still sore from body pump. My hips were sore.  Next time Kelly is going to kill me, I'll make sure I'm not sore first.  The 2 times she killed me the most were days that I was sore at the start. At least today I didn't feel like I was going to throw up after.  Today I could not sprint at the end so I think I worked pretty hard.  I mean I tried to sprint at the end but I didn't go fast enough.  Well it was 1:52. Most other sprints at the end were slower than that but I did have one at 1:49 on August 10

At one point Kelly said "Come on Colleen. You need to have a really good run to blog about." (or maybe that wasn't the exact wording.) That was motivating right there.

Based on today's run, how fast do you think I will run the 10k this weekend?  I won't have a Kelly to push me along!

Today was my best average pace for any training run. I have beat it for 5k races but not even all of them.

Over an hour after my run, my face was still beat red. I even took a shower in there.  I think it was still red close to 2 hours later but not as red.
Here's my BodyMedia Fit data from the run.  It's crazy how I am so close to my calorie burn goal with such a good run.

I saw someone at work today wearing their armband. More of them are popping up.

9.12 - Busy

Earrings and Necklace: Lia Sophia
Shirt: Loft
Skirt: B. Moss
Shoes: Famous Footwear

I don' think I like this skirt. It is a few inches too long and makes me feel heavier than I am. When you can't see my knees I think I look heavier.
I had meetings galore at work again.  I had a meeting during lunch that I provided food. I had food but then I can't run a meeting and eat. I had a meeting right after so I only got to eat less than 1/4 my lunch. I really wish I could eat faster.   I had Jersey Mike's delivered and they are the first restaurant that has delivered food on-time. They didn't mess anything up. They labeled everything nicely. We will definitely be ordering from them again. In the past even when we ordered from our onsite cafeteria, we got it 50 minutes late.

I had a 3:30 allergy shot appointment with my new PCP. Well after 55 minutes I finally got my shot. It is just a shot! I had an appointment! I cannot believe I had to wait that long.  And because of them I wouldn't get a full 2 hours between my shot and working out.  I read some of the warnings and it can actually be pretty bad to have vigorous exercise after an allergy shot.  I got shots for over 2 years before I even was told not to exercise after a shot.  In all my googling, I learned you shouldn't exercise 2 hours before an allergy shot either.  I've been getting shots for 5 years and was never told that.  I didn't die yet so I figured it would be OK to run.

I ran with Jen after work and I was late so we did almost have a full 2 hours in before the run.  Since we started a little bit after 6:15, it was pretty late when I got home. I didn't feel like cooking so I had Beeferoni for dinner.   Dave was still sick so I didn't want to cook for just one person either.  He wanted me to hang out with him so I brought a snack table up to the bedroom so I could eat and be with him.  I had a rice krispie treat for dessert. I was still hungry and needed more food. I ended up grabbing a string cheese and pretzels but then I didn't even eat any of the pretzels. I barely ate any food and wasn't even that hungry. What a weird day.  Some days I pig out and just keep wanting more food.

A Day's Worth of Twitter

09:49:51 PM - I like klout for the data but today I got something for free for my influence.

You can find me as @smilincolleen on Twitter.

9.11

I never got dressed. I ran and showered and immediately put on PJs. I was done with my shower by 1:00 PM and figured that was close enough to bed time.

I watched the Steeler game. Man that was sad.  After the game I logged into work.  I progressed through a lot of work emails. I got from 77 unread work emails to 5. Pretty impressive for me. I can only ever attempt to get caught up on work emails at a time that isn't normal working hours. I got down to 5 unread emails but still had old flagged emails and flagged a few new ones too. 160 flagged emails is just too many. Those are for another day though.

9.10 - Not a Run

I hit snooze in the morning or so I thought. I actually turned off my alarm and didn't wake up for an hour. I immediately put on my running clothes thinking that would make me actually go running.  It did not.  After 4 or so hours, I changed into mowing clothes.  I mowed (which sucked) and then I raked and moved hoses and did other yardwork (that sucked worse).
Poly found the towels on our washer and just slept on them for hours.  The middle bottom picture had her looking at me but she didn't like the light from the camera so she covered her eyes.  What a cutey.    I balanced my checkbook for the first time in 7 months.  I went through all the bank statements to type it in. It was still off so I just put a line that said it was off and put in how much.  Now we are all good.  You would think with how obsessed I am with data and numbers that I would update my checkbook more and that I wouldn't just add a correction line. Oh well.

A Day's Worth of Twitter

12:33:17 AM - Wow I typed 8 blog posts today. 5 are scheduled to go up later. 8 is too many for 1 day.
12:41:55 AM - I guess it is time to go into bed when I just fell asleep at my computer. Poly is so cute here that I didn't want to disturb her. Oh well.
09:33:57 AM - I'm pretty sore from Body Pump yesterday. My computer didn't copy over files in the night so there are still 209 GB left.
10:42:09 AM - I was about to enjoy some stuffed cabbage (minus the cabbage) in my dream and my alarm went off. I didn't even get 1 bite!
01:59:22 PM - @mikecherepko I'm scared of perms
02:00:03 PM - I fell asleep so now I'm watching the steeler game delayed by 45 minutes

BodyMedia Fit While Sick

My husband has been sick all week. On Wednesday, he sent me his Tuesday's data and asked if he was doing it right.  Look how many hours he was lying down.  Isn't that nuts. I've had my armband for 2 weeks short of 2 years and my maximum lying down is a little over 13 hours.  He woke up Tuesday and thought he might go to work. He decided against it and I said the same thing. Looks like his day wouldn't have been so productive if he tried to work.  Dave didn't go to work Monday or Tuesday (the sleep cycle is from noon to noon).  He did telecommute on Wednesday.  He got lightheaded walking 20 ft to pick up his laptop bag and carry it over to the bed.  He told me later that after 2 hours he did move to his desk. He went into work on Thursday. He was still unable to eat. He had some broth and crackers over the previous few days.  Poor guy.
I didn't document my food on Tuesday but I did on Sunday and Monday when he was sick.  When he's sick it is like I'm on a diet because I feel bad eating around him. Also I don't want to cook just for me.  My weight showed a drop in weight too.  To remedy this, on Wednesday I stopped to buy dinner and bought myself a pumpkin pie. I ate 1/4 of it that night and 1/4 the next day. It helped my calories consumed number. Too bad those were all the wrong kind of calories.

TV Shows

Recently Julie made a post about what TV shows she watches and I thought that was a great idea. I watch too much TV to go into such detail though even though I wanted to.
So for this week coming up, these are the shows we will be watching.  Some are new, some are old. Not all the shows premier yet so this isn't even the entire list.

There are many times I tell people I watch a lot of TV and they want to know what I watch. I start randomly listing things and talking about them and before you know it, we have a 5 minute conversation.

BTW the site that lists the TV shows is awesome. You should check it out. You can add the shows you watch so all the shows you don't watch don't clutter up the calendar.  It helps you know if there is a new episode on a certain week or not.

Looking at this calendar I realized Brothers and Sisters is canceled. I am upset about that.  Hellcats was also canceled.

I'm a big fan of the shows on the CW. One Tree Hill didn't have any cliffhangers last season so I was a little concerned but googled it and saw it was renewed for this season. It is a shorter 13 episode season and I have to wait a bit to watch that.  I like 90210 and Gossip Girl.  Last year I also watched Hellcats and Life Unexpected.  I wonder what shows I should add to my watch list this year from the CW.  My love of CW started with Veronica Mars. I'm still upset that show is done even though it was maybe 5 years ago when it was cancelled.

I watch American Idol, The Sing Off, and The Voice and I'm tone deaf and don't even listen to music. I can't wait to watch The X Factor.

I love all shows with Chef Ramsey.

I probably watch 2/3 of my TV shows with my husband and the rest I watch on my own. The ones I watch on my own, I tend to save up because to me a show is much more awesome when you get to watch 8 episodes back to back.

In the Summer there aren't that many new shows to watch but I discovered USA shows on demand this year and watched Suits, In Plain Sight, Royal Pains, and Necessary Roughness.  I have watched all seasons of In Plain Sight. Suits I watched with Dave because I told him it was a good show and made him watch the first 2 episodes to catch up.  The thing about using on demand is that the episodes only stay for so long so you have to keep up on watching them.

What TV shows do you watch?  What shows would you recommend?

9.14

Photoshop was giving me issues so I used Snagit to draw the arrows and write the text.

I decided to wear my old shirt.  It sure looks nice.  I wore one of my Lia Sophia necklaces that wasn't even my favorite but with this neckline and color that necklace is the perfect length. I guess I'm starting to like it again.

These pants are lined.  I have a matching blazer but I only wore them together once.

I curled my hair. Well I curled the ends under. I don't know if it looks that much better but I like it. By the end of the day I don't think you could tell at all that it was curled.
I was so busy at work. I had far too many meetings. I didn't even get to have a proper lunch because of it.  Then I was going to leave to go to Body Pump at 6:00. Well I just couldn't seem to get out of work. I was on the phone near the end of the day trying to get off the phone to get something done. The guy kept talking to me wondering why I wasn't sending the email while on the phone. I'm not capable of writing a coherent email to our SVP while on the phone. I need to concentrate.  Well it got too late and I missed pump, so then I just stayed at work far too long.

I got home and watched TV while eating dinner. Then I watched TV.  I went to sleep early because I was exhausted from staying up so late working the night before.

I don't have a single picture of my cat from Wednesday. I don't know what happened that I missed a day.

A Day's Worth of Twitter

12:00:13 AM - @TheNewChrissy great run. I skipped mine. :(
12:04:02 AM - @lisafilipek you lost your job?
12:22:41 AM - @lisafilipek Oh that makes sense.
12:23:44 AM - Photoshop won't work. I cant ctrl select(or shift select) in picasa. Print screen won't work.all happened at the time Synergy was installed
01:48:56 PM - My computer better not actually take this long to back up. 5 days is a little nuts. http://t.co/ar8KOHam
03:16:18 PM - I did body pump this morning. It was tough.A few hours later, I ran 3.11 miles. I was going to run it slow but was my fastest pace near home
03:29:46 PM - Every time I mow I forget to change into my mowing shoes until after I start
11:21:26 PM - Scrap and Run: 3.11 Mile Run (9.17.11) - Tons of numbers/data. Good run. http://t.co/y1UhhqfH

3.11 Mile Run (9.17.11)

A few hours after after Body Pump, I went out for a run. I thought I'd do a slow 3 miles. I started running and realized it wasn't so slow. Then half way through I was thinking it might be my best time pace ever so I better not start dogging it. Well I checked the stats and it is my best time ever on the loop at home.

My best .25 split was 1:57 while my worst was 2:25.  On September 7, my best was 1:57 and my worst was 2:28.  What made today's the best was only having one split over 2:20. I was more consistent.

During the run, I used each split to calculate how far above or below a 9:00 pace I was. I would think I have 12 seconds to spare or 22 then after I had a bad split then I would be down to 8 seconds or maybe it was a good one and I was up 37 seconds.  I even did that early on even though I thought my pace would be lower than 9:00.

It was maybe 60 degrees when I ran. I started off in long sleeves but less than a mile into it, I took it off and tied it around my waist. The weather was so good for the run which is probably why I did so well running even though I was going to take it slow.

After my last run I pulled the data from all my runs just around my house and wrote the distance and pace. Well this time around I used conditional formatting. Now it makes me want to lengthen the loop or double up so I can get a green line for distance.  The actual loop is 2.56 that most of this is based off of. Recently I decided I like having a 5k split each run so I try to add distance here or there by running in little plans or doubling back on my street.

I came inside after my run to stretch but it was too hot so I went out on the patio and stretched. It was much nicer out there. I'm glad no neighbors were out. I don't like it when I know people can see me.

8.22 - Saying Goodbye

We slept in the latest so far. I knew this was a bad sign of staying up too late. I did stay up too late. It was past 3am (Colorado time).

We went to Griff's to get Callie's instruments and then go to Safeway. This ended up with us taking Griff to Safeway and us going back to Griff's to hang out.   Griff then made us the best quesadillas ever. They had sausage on them. I didn't even think I liked sausage and I never had it on a quesadilla.  There was also salsa right on it. Who knew I would like it so much.  I liked it so much that I texted Dave telling him all about it.
We took Huck with us when we left since Callie mentioned how she was going to go for a run.  I already posted about that run and how I ran in the hail.

I finally got to go on the book bus with Callie. It was crazy. Kids would run out just to see her. Some girls just wanted to sit on the bus and talk to Callie. They didn't even want a book this time. It took awhile and we only went to one trailer park.  We went to dinner right after. We went to Quincy's were the choices were 6 oz, 9 oz, 12 oz, and 15 oz filet mignon. They were out of the 12 oz too.  You started out with a little salad that was just one of those salad packages so no vegetables besides the little carrot and onion slivers.  Then with the steak we all go a baked potato and a thin slice of cantaloupe.  It was good but it was still odd to only have 1 choice.  If it was the weekend, we would have had a choice of prime rib too.  6 of us had dinner together.  Then we went to the bar afterwards. They had some special on beer that it was $1.   This is where the fun began.  Lots of talking took place and if you know me talking is my favorite part.  I had to go to the bathroom but didn't want to miss out on anything so I decided to hold it until we got home.  Well that didn't go well because I didn't get into the bathroom for many hours. Boy did I have to go.

Lots of talking took place but I wish more of it took place.  I also played solitaire for a few hours while talking and could never win. I guess 2-3 AM is not the best time to try to play.  Callie even fell asleep and talking was still going on. Not enough though. I never learn enough. By learn I mean just random stories. I want to know all stories in everyone's lives.

It was a shame to end the Colorado trip on such a good note because that would make me miss it even more. It was just a fun day all around. But I guess I'd still rather have a fun day that I'll miss for 6 months than have a sucky day.

Here's how it goes, I hang out with Callie then miss her and miss her more and more after we're not together then that lasts for months and months. It lasts until right about the time that some visit happens again and then it all repeats itself.

Body Pump Release 79 Summary

I haven't lifted in two weeks so I might have thought this was tougher than it was.  I was also dealing with different instructors to get used to.
BodyPump 79 Tracklist
Warmup: Higher – Logan S. feat. Mandy Brewer
Squats: Closer To The Edge – Mekon Garden
Chest: Party All Night (Sleep All Day) – Sean Kingston
Back: Written In The Stars (Sunny Dee Remix) – Jason Born
Triceps: Born This Way – Southern Light
Biceps: Livin’ On A Prayer – Altiyan Childs
Lunges: Grenade (Damn-R Mix) – Jason Born
Shoulders: J’Adore Hardcore (Extended Mix) – Scooter
Abdominals: We’ll Be Alright – Travie McCoy
Cooldown: The Crow & The Butterfly – Shinedown

I thought the warmup very similar to previous warmups.

Squats: I used the same weight that I had been using but I thought I should back down.  The first few squats were already challenging. I guess I was rusty.  I thought it was tough. There was a new "combination" this time around. It was 4 singles followed by 4 bottom halves.  I feel like it was going to be over and then we just had more rounds to go.

Chest: I used the same weight I had been using and realized it was the same as the male instructor and more than all the females in the room. I was just about to die and think I had to skip a rep and then it was over.  Perfect timing. I think some chest tracks have been worse. Granted I used to use a 5 and 2.5 (kg) on each side and the last 6 months or more I have been doing a 5 and a 1 on each side. It was a little harder to hear during this track so sometimes on the bottom half I went up the whole way. There was some confusion. Then I'd do a bottom half when we were to go up the entire way.

Back. There was a power press / triple row combo. I think this was similar to release 77.  I don't like it. Power pressing 3 times in a row just wears out my shoulders so they are too fatigued for the shoulder track later and then I don't feel the track as much in my shoulders. Then there were triple wide rows followed by 7 in a row. Then repeat it all.  The last set was much shorter. I actually expected more.  My back didn't feel much but my shoulders did.

Triceps: I used 5kg plates on each side of the bar. Sometimes I use a total of 6 on each side but I haven't been going so was worried I couldn't do it.  Plus the last few times the triceps tracks were hard and I only used 5. I struggled. Then we did dips. I didn't struggle with that. I did the dips with a 5kg plate on my lap. Then we did overhead extension. That was rough.

Biceps: The instructors encouraged everyone to sing along and most people did. (I did not because you will never catch me singing ever.) The choreography was easy and you just repeated it. I enjoyed that there weren't a ton of singles until the last set. There was a break in this track but it was so close to the end.  I was shocked at how I only skipped 1 rep through the entire thing. I didn't back down on weights so I figured for sure I would have to miss a bunch.

Lunges:  I only did Release 78 once and thought that lunge track was hard.  This track was harder. I backed down on weights since the last lunge track I did I thought I was going to wobble over. We started with squats, then lunges, then squats, then lunges.  You think that is normal so you think you might be done but note where were sets of lunges we each leg left. I'm not sure if it was longer or just felt that way because you went back and did each leg a second time.

Shoulders: We start with pushups. We also end with pushups.  For the first time since I've been doing pump we do a standing delt raise (well standing but leaning but I forget what they actually called it). They brought back the peck deck. I love it. I was glad there were no mac raises.  Then we ended with pushups but I was pretty fatigued (the back track didn't help) so I had to do them on my knees.

Abs: We hold the weight differently for the normal crunches. It's a reverse grip. It is a little challenging because it is something different. We then did a hover. That seemed challenging to me and it wasn't even over. We did a side plank then a side rotating plank (not sure the official name). It seemed hard to me and while I was there I thought about how I do 1 ab workout a month it seems anymore when I used to do 4 a week. I did have some trouble at first on the side plank because my shoe was sliding. It was below the mat. I took a couple seconds to slide the mat down more and then that was much better.

Cooldown: The cooldown is finally very different than past releases. We don't lie down on our backs at all. We start with a yoga pose while on our stomachs. The trouble with this was only that the mats were very thin and when doing the  hip flexor stretch with your knee on the ground, it hurt my knee.  Most of the stretches we done standing.

I have no idea how the instructors do  it.  Some of them taught class last night so they taught a 6 PM class with one release and then a 9am class with another release. Lifting so close together is hard on their muscles and then multiple releases so close together is probably difficult for their memories.

I went to Studio Fit today for the first time to get this class.  Two of three instructors had worked at the gym I belong to at one time so that was familiar. It was odd to me that the entire class was females.

Note: I'm not an instructor and only went once so this summary is based on memory.  I did look up the track list though because I wouldn't remember that sort of thing.

8.21 - 8th Full Day in Colorado

Timmy and I started our day on our computers.  Later we walked downtown and picked up Callie's bags and then went to lunch.  Callie's dad had called Timmy. There were numerous phone calls made to get in touch with Callie and wake her up.  Her horse had broken it's leg.  I didn't see it but it was a bad break.  Callie and Will waited for the doctor to show up to put it down. But they didn't realize the doctor had a 3 hour church service he wouldn't skip so they were waiting around awhile. While we waited for Callie I took a little nap in the rocking chair and then went into bed and took a little nap.
Poor sad Callie. Reef knew and went over to chill with her.
There was more computer time. We almost went somewhere but that changed and Callie's cousin came to visit. He was nearby for some race and so he came over to visit. The last time he saw Callie's house was the week she moved in (I think) so it was has been awhile.  We all went to some Mexican restaurant for dinner.  I didn't like it. It was a bit too spicy for me. It was our third Mexican restaurant in the week and my least favorite. Everyone else liked it though. Timmy even ordered two dinners.

We were listening to comedians on youtube so that we knew all the references Callie and Griff were making. Then it was bed time.

8.23 - The Last of Vacation

We slept in a bit after our late night out. We just hung out. It was our last time together. Oh what a sad time. I wish it never ended.

Around 2 we had to leave to head to Denver.  It was a nice temperature in Leadville so I didn't expect the 95 degree weather. I had on jeans.  That was one rough car ride.
Our flight was on-time.  My ears bothered me a lot on this flight.  We didn't get internet on the flight so then I finished my book and played some gameboy.

I got home at 1am and took a picture with poly right away.  I opened my suitcase and she already had fun getting in my way.  Dave was already asleep when I got home. He didn't wake up until I was just about getting into bed.  My dad picked me up from the airport and drove me home.  He came inside. My mom wanted to see if Poly snubbed me. She did not. She woke up and came downstairs to greet us.  She looked so different than I remembered.  I guess I was gone too long. My parents stayed a little and then were on there way. After all it was late.  I had to work the next day but at least they didn't.

It was hard to get used to the hot Pittsburgh weather upon the return. Just riding home from the airport I was dying in the car. In my house it was rough too. I could barely fall asleep. I even had on shorts and I wear pants 364 days a year to sleep.

And the vacation is over and now it is time to get back to the real world. :(

A Day's Worth of Twitter

05:50:19 PM - It is cold out. We didn't have enough time between the hot and cold
07:57:26 PM - On my second piece of pumpkin pie while my dinner cooks
08:59:57 PM - @reedaboutme Never heard of it so I assume no. (Lions Choice)
09:04:38 PM - @reedaboutme We do have Arby's. I'm not a big fan though. My dinner tonight was pumpkin pie then a frozen dinner.

You can find me as @smilincolleen on Twitter.

4.61 - North Park with Jen (9.15.11)

I ran again today with Jen. We did the same type of routine that we did 3 days ago. This time instead of starting the run/walk at 11 minutes we went a little further (18 minutes).  We did 3:1 the entire time until the cooldown walk around our cars.

We did the same loop as last time.  This time neither of us had a hard workout the day before. But this time we were both tired.

Our pace was very similar to last time.  Today we both got tricked and the end came before we expected it.  I guess that is good. Sometimes I run and keep hoping the end is soon and sometimes it is miles away.  Today each time I looked down and noted the distance I was shocked at how far we went.

Today it was pretty chilly so I wore my long sleeve shirt. I think I saw at least 5 other runners with the same shirt on.  Then I saw a few other runners with the half-marathon shirt from the year before. They are good shirts so everyone likes them.

I am still how shocked at how little walking adds to the time. I really need to try to run a race this way and see what happens.  Right now I feel like it wouldn't work for a shot distance and would work for a longer race like a half marathon. I also still feel like using the run/walk method is cheating.  Have any of you used Galloway's Run-walk-run method? What do you think of it?

Since our runs were so similar, I put the stats side by side.  Our slowest split time was the same. Today our slowest mile was 1 second faster than the slowest Monday.  Our fastest mile on Monday was 14 seconds faster than today.  All in all I think it was a good run and pretty consistent.
The comparison screen shots (9/15 on top) show how we didn't do our first 1 minute walk break until further into the race.  Oh man do I love data and love comparing it.

8.31 - Lots of Poly

It was telecommuting day. Poly hung out with me more than normal because Dave actually had to go into the office for his telecommuting day.
Poly spent time hanging out on my suit case, until she realized I was out on the porch. Then she had issues trying to get close to me.  I worked outside because the weather was so nice and I figured I wouldn't get many other good days.
Then whenI came back inside, Poly went back to the suitcase.
It's good that I didn't unpack yet since Poly likes my suitcase so much.
Then after lunch I was back upstairs working and Poly was back to hanging out with me.
Poly threw up food for the first time. Too bad she had to do it on the carpet.

I napped after I was done working, we headed outside to dig up the wire from the Holly.  That took far too long but we got it down and filled in the hole. It just needs to e covered with mulch to look kind of pretty again.
