January Workout Goals - Overall

I did them all!  I actually made it. 4/5 of the way through the month, I thought there was no way I would ever do it.  I killed myself the last few days and the workouts feel so good.
  1. Complete 19 cardio workouts - Completed 22
  2. Complete 13 core workouts - Completed 14
  3. Frequency: Run 14 times - Completed 16
  4. Distance: Run 60 total miles - Completed 60.35
  5. Workout with Dave 10 times. - Completed 10
  6. Lift weights 5 times on my own. - Completed 5
  7. Perform yoga/BodyFlow 2 times - Completed 2
  8. Attend Body Pump 3 times - Completed 3
  9. Have 2 double workout days  - Completed 4
  10. Stretch for 10 consecutive min. 2 times - Completed 2
I had 1 bad week and still was able to make it.  I had to double/triple do a lot of workouts.  The miles I ran were a little end of the month heavy... I got 28.3 miles in the 4th week and 28.28 miles the first 3 combined.  I also kind of cheated with the yoga not doing the full video.

January just flew by!  Now it is time to make my February goals. I have to take into account there are 2 fewer days.

    5. 1/31 - Arms (not shoulders) + back (10 minutes)
  7. Perform yoga/BodyFlow 2 times(December = 2, met; November = 3, not met) 
    1. 1/29 - shortened (by a lot) p90x 
    2. 1/31 - p90x
  8. Attend Body Pump 3 times. (December = 3, not met; November = 4, not met)

  9. Have 2 double workout days (morning + evening, lunch + evening, etc) [New]
    1. 1/7 - 5k + walk with Dave
    2. 1/18 - bike at lunch + Body Pump after work
    3. 1/23 - run after work +  8:30 PM abs & 10 min stretch
    4. 1/29 - run in the morning + yoga in the evening
  10. Stretch for 10 consecutive minutes 2 times [New]

I have a few other goals that are related to exercise but aren't me working out.
  1. Have another photo shoot to get some athletic pictures for at the top of this post.
    1. Dave took a few at the gym on 1/15 (want more though)
    2. Jen took some on 1/22 at North Park
  2. Create a new running file with more information on Summary tabs in excel for 2012.
    1. Updated. Might change it slightly as time goes on.
Rest Days
11, 12 (Both days I went to bed super early. My tooth + Vicodin)
14 - Issues with being lightheaded and having to rest (I blame it on the medicine for my tooth)
19 - Didn't feel well
20 - Busy
24 - Dentist and Ran so many days in a row.
