January Workout Goals - Week 3

January so far!  Running was an issue this week. I did use the exercise bike more, but that doesn't cut it for my goals.
  1. Complete 19 cardio workouts (running, exercise bike, or elliptical)  (December = 18, met, November = 18, met)
    1. 1/2 - Run 
    2. 1/3 - Run
    3. 1/4 - Bike (20 min)
    4. 1/5 - Run 
    5. 1/7 - 5k
    6. 1/10 - Run
    7. 1/13 - Run
    8. 1/15 - Run
    9. 1/16 - Exercise bike (almost shouldn't count I went so slow)
    10. 1/17 - Exercise bike (slow but faster than 1/16)
    11. 1/18 - Exercise bike (during lunch)
    12. 1/21 - Exercise bike (30 min)
    13. 1/22 - Run @ North Park
  2. Complete 13 core workouts (December = 12, met; November = 12, not met) 
    1. 1/4 - 5 min after Bike
    2. 1/8 - 5 minutes
    3. 1/9 - During Body Pump
    4. 1/10 - 6 minutes (with Dave)
    5. 1/13 - 5 min @ Gym
    6. 1/15 - 5 min (2 am)
    7. 1/15 - 5 minutes (9:30 PM)
    8. 1/17 - 5 minutes
    9. 1/18 - During Body Pump
    10. 1/21 - 6 minutes
  3. Frequency: Run 14 times(December = 10, met, November = 12, met with 15) 
    1. 1/2

    4. 1/7
    5. 1/10
    6. 1/13

  4. Distance: Run 60 total miles (0, 8, 12, 15, 20, 5) (December = 40, November = 65, met)
    1. 3.15 (1/2) + 1.25 (1/3) + 1.6 (1/5) + 3.03 (1/7) = 9.03
    2. 6.01 (1/10) + 2.51 (1/13) + 4 (1/15) = 12.52 {21.55}
    3. 6.73 (1/22) = 6.73 {28.28}
  5. Workout with Dave 10 times. (December = 12, but with all other activities it is hard to also workout with Dave, November = 8, met) 
    1. 1/1 - 4.5 mile walk at North Park
    2. 1/3 - Gym at work (cardio then arms)
    3. 1/5
    4. 1/7 - Walk
    5. 1/10 - Core workout
    6. 1/15 - Gym at work
    7. 1/21 - 30 minutes of shoveling :)
  6. Lift weights 5 times on my own(December = 5, not met; November = 4, met with 5) 
    1. 1/3 - arms at the Gym
    2. 1/13 - arms after running
  7. Perform yoga/BodyFlow 2 times(December = 2, met; November = 3, not met) 
  8. Attend Body Pump 3 times. (December = 3, not met; November = 4, not met)
    1. 1/9 (@work)
    2. 1/18
  9. Have 2 double workout days (morning + evening, lunch + evening, etc) [New]
    1. 1/7 - 5k + walk with Dave
    2. 1/18 - Bike at lunch + Body Pump
  10. Stretch for 10 consecutive minutes 2 times [New]
I have a few other goals that are related to exercise but aren't me working out.
  1. Have another photo shoot to get some athletic pictures for at the top of this post.
    1. Dave took a few at the gym on 1/15 (want more though)
  2. Create a new running file with more information on Summary tabs in excel for 2012.
    1. Updated. Might change it slightly as time goes on.
Rest Days
11, 12 (Both days I went to bed super early. My tooth + Vicodin)
14 - Issues with being lightheaded and having to rest (I blame it on the medicine for my tooth)
19 - Didn't feel well
20 - Busy
