Amazon Favorites
Since I don't go to stores anymore I've been ordering some stuff from Amazon. Some things are great and some haven't been. I figured I'd share some good things I've ordered. I swear I spent 2 hours of research sometimes just to give up because reviews are so good and so bad on the same items.
Medium Cereal Containers | Air Dry Clay | Large Cereal Containers
Insulated Water Bottle | Round Beads | Zipper Pouches
Blender Bottle | Athletic Shorts | Flower Crown Kit
Flowy Tanks | Visor (White and Pink) | Headphones
Notes:
Lots of cereals get stuck in the medium containers and even some in the large. But The containers are great for snacks too. We will take off the entire lid and eat out of the container too.
We bought a few different clays which seem super similar but then this was the best deal of what we got.
I bought the water bottle because last summer someone I follow on instagram tested 22 water bottles and this one was the best. It is really good. It's better than the contigo insulated water bottles we got a few years ago. I bought 22 oz so it would fit in my running stroller cup holder. If I just wanted it for home, I'd have gotten bigger.
I did hours of research and these were by far the best deal for beads. I bought them and a few other beads. These held up well and for the price and how the coordinate with each other and come with string they are by far the best deal. You can make many bracelets with all the supplies included for under $10! I bought these beads once and we used so many making bracelets for others that I ordered a second batch of these. I initially paid 8.99 and that was still the best deal by far and then the second time I paid 7.99.
The zipper pouches are great for organizing paper or crafts. I used them for some games that didn't have a box and then everything is kept together. I also took some when we went swimming to put the wet suits in so everything didn't get soaked.
The shaker cup is nice and short so it fits in the top shelf of my dishwasher unlike the other shaker cups I already owned.
I bought a few pairs of shorts with pockets. These ones don't ride up at all. They are so soft and comfortable. They are a good length. I own 3 pairs. I also bought the same brand in capri after I bought 2 pairs of other brands and did not like how I had to be tugging them up all the time.
I got the flower crown kit for Ella and she was so happy to get creative and organize the flowers for how she wanted to create the crowns. We dropped off crowns on her friends door steps too.
I bought the these flowy tanks when I was just pregnant (size small) and then recently I bought them again since I'm bigger now (size large). I like how they fit and wear them on rotation. I actually just ordered more. I already owned the pink, blue, purple combination but now I ordered the white, black, and gray combination.
The sun gets annoying coming in above sunglasses so I bought the white visor. I loved it so much that I bought a pink one too. I like them better than a hat so that I can wear my hair in a bun or ponytail wherever I want it.
I bought these headphones for the kids to try. They were such a hit. They don't squeeze Miles's head. They even fit me. I bought 2 more pairs. I have 2 in blue (since they were the cheapest) and one in pink.)
More!!
I forgot to include my new tripod. It is sturdy and doesn't blow over like my old one. The remote dies quickly but also I don't even use it so it doesn't matter. My old tripod had a really good remote but I never use it.
Also the best ponytail holders ever. I bought them about a year ago and the rest of this post is just stuff I bought recently. But these are so good I had set them up for the amazon delivery every 6 months but they are so good, that I won't ever need new ones.

Mask (5.8.20)
Dave watched all 3 kids in the middle of the day and I went to Costco. We had needed to go for awhile. I took a picture to show what I look like in my mask. I bought so much stuff and filled the cart to the max.
It was pretty crowded. They had someone with a megaphone that would constantly see people go closer than 6 ft and then announce to remember to stay 6 ft apart.

Liam wanted a hug and kept crawling after Miles. Miles was running back and forth. Miles stopped for a hug and Liam was happy. Miles did learning and coloring. The bathroom was a mess. Liam napped early. I took a pic of a few of Ella's assignments. I did workout 9 in #mbf. Ella had so much trouble focusing on school without the teacher there to zoom. Liam seemed like he wanted to use the potty. Miles made a fort to hide from Liam. He said his arms are so tired from always hugging him. I have realized I have not been doing my push-ups or planks as much as I was so I dropped down and did some.

July workouts compilation
I put together a compilation of most (but not all) of the workouts I did in July. I made it since I hadn't been posting them all to my challenge groups. Little clips of each. I also made it on July 27 so it didn't even have all of July. But I did it after spraining my ankle again so I figured I wouldn't workout that much more.
I document my workouts on a calendar but didn't analyze how many I picked.

There's a good caption from an instagram post that I shared. Here's the link to it.
Liam slept all night. I wore my new workout capris. I bought the same brand as shorts I recently got. They are great. I bought 2 other pairs that were in the $16 range versus $21 and these are clearly better. (I'm wearing a large.) I actually took a video of when the house is at it's cleaner state versus the super super disaster I usually show. I took my energize and tried to do a workout while Dave had Liam and Miles on a walk. I really loved my new pants. I got interrupted many times. I also didn't get the workout done before Liam got back. He was back so long that he was mad. I used him as a weight. Dave and Miles are learning to read. Dave is starting to drink shakeology for breakfast. Liam and I tried to hang out outside but it didn't last long before Ella needed help. I set Ella up with a 2nd computer so that she can watch the zoom with screen share and do it at the same time. A 6 year old is too young to be able to memorize lots of steps and then go figure it out after. I'm also too old for that so then it's hard to help. I had to stay close to Ella and I got Liam to nap in the crib so I did a 2nd workout. Liam woke up just after I was done.
Liam face planted. 10 minutes later, Miles face planted. Liam and Miles watched Dave play video games.
I made a comparison video of using the BOD ropes.

It was Ella's first day of virtual learning for 1st grade. She refused to pose with my first day of school sign. I cleaned so much. I tried to time lapse record it all but I didn't quite record it all. It was so hard to do it and deal with Liam. And deal with helping Ella. Dave and Miles started learning in the morning. Liam tried to interrupt them. Dave and Liam matched. Ella has so much extra stuff at her desk. I finished up week 1 of mbf even though it was actually Day 4. Then I went to cleaning but Liam was giving me trouble. He would also mess up a different area when I was working in one. He also liked to mess up the camera.
Dave took Ella out to get Chick-fil-A and eat it in the car. I wasn't invited. Neither was Liam. He took issue with that and headed to the door and tried to go outside.
Liam is always trying to give Poly hugs.
Liam and i snacked in bed because I was starving and so was he apparently. Liam is big enough to ride the cars around himself.
Liam walked!!!!!!
Liam likes to give Miles hugs. Liam tried to climb the ladder to the bunk bed.

Not shown: Miles went to spin on the floor and I was walking and didn't see him. I tripped over his legs. I was holding Liam and almost fell down the stairs. I saved myself from falling down the stairs but was very wobbly and shaky on my still recovering ankle and I sprained it again. Oh it hurt bad. (I sprained my ankle the first time on May 28 and had a doctor appointment a week later. I had to wear my splint for 6 weeks and slowly weaned myself off of it and then here I am again.)

#mbf Week 3
Week 3 took a long time to complete because I sprained my ankle again in the middle of it.
Day 15
I went for a long run for me and then a little bit after did this workout.
Day 16
This was my first cardio workout with the BOD ropes since I did 2 full weeks before they showed up. I modified some jumping because of my ankle. The hop scotch one was so hard to jump and hop and even harder to mix in the BOD ropes. I have so much trouble counting to 4 for each move. I wrote down tallies every 2 even though we are told to do it every 1. When I rewatched it, I realized I missed marking down an entire round. I went 3 instead of just going 2. I got 8.25. Week 1 I got 7 and week 2 I got 7.25. The BOD ropes actually make it tougher. I sprained my ankle in there too. But just getting more familiar made it easier.
Day 17
I did upper body since I wanted to do something but also couldn't do much with my ankle.
Day 18
After I got back from running I went and did the last workout from week 3 since I did them out of order. I did a lot of planks instead of climbers and jacks. I was so tired from my run. Since I did them out of order, I was behind. A friend did her Day 18 and improved on her AMRAP by 1.25 so I wanted to improve on mine by that much. My first one was a little rocky because I forgot what I was supposed to be doing. I thought for sure I wouldn't make it so I pushed more to try to do it. I had 8.75 last time. I just needed to hit 10 and I got 10.25 (really maybe 10.35 since part of the next thing too).
Day 19
The warmup has helped my shoulder mobility a lot. I don't usually record but did here. The workout felt so quick. I modified some balancing ones. My sprained ankle is not good enough yet.
Day 20
I switched up where I worked out. I forgot to take preworkout. I had to modify starting 2/3 because of my ankle. Liam sure got in my way.
Day 21
I was so sick of falling behind because of my sprained ankle that I skipped to day 21 to do the stretch.
7/30 - Day 21
8/2 - Day 17
8/5 - Day 20
8/6 - Day 19
8/7 - Day 16
8/9 - Day 18

6.6.17
Ella helped cook.
Miles likes books.
My dad helped build a new piece of furniture.
We put the rug down. It wasn't as easy as it seemed. Look how far off the rug mat was.
Ella played with blocks in the basement.
Ugh to the cracked drawer.
All of these photos were added to this post 3 years ago. I just added the text to get this posted!!! We moved in just a couple weeks earlier!
